I wanted to upgrade my locks to "Keyless" for convenience and safety after realizing I no longer had a key to my own front door. It came to a head after my husband accidentally locked the sliding patio door while I was working in the yard; basically caging me outside in the yard. I replaced the locks on the front security door and the side door of our attached garage; allowing me to enter them with a code. The thumb print feature has worked well for me but not my husband for some reason. We still keep an accessible key in case something goes wrong. The app is easy to use and it is easy to see when batteries need to be replaced. These are deadbolt locks and provide good security. Please be aware that these locks do not have a handle so you should make sure that you have a way to pull the door closed after entering. A word of advice: If the handle you are using also has a lock, place a piece of tape over the mechanism or you may still be locked out (ask me how I know!) We are happy with our purchase and recommend these locks to others.

This product install instructions are the best I've ever had the pleasure to use. It only took me 15 to install and set up. Great options.

Received Lock in timely fashion. We are very happy with the deadbolt. However I would have liked it if it came in Gold with WiFi, instead of the need for a gateway. That being said, I purchased the gateway as well, and continue to be very satisfied with the lock. It is very easy to install, and just as easy to use. The appearance is very appealing, and size is appropriate. Because of the freedom to use voice control, it makes my blind wife feel more secure. Product assistance was easy to contact, and assistance to connect to Alexa was easy, and quick to get an answer to my question. Thank you for this product. I would recommend this product. I hope that in the future they make a model, with WiFi included, in Gold.

Nice product. Easy install with just a screw driver. Current door lock plates may have to be adjusted. This lock has many lock and unlock features. You will need the app to make adjustments to how you operate this lock.

I purchased this lock for my home to avoid having to deal with keys for people given permission to enter. Installation was easy if directions are followed and even watching youtube helps. I was aware it needed a Gateway to be able to remotely lock & unlock if away from home so I purchased it as well. I can use Alexa to operate lock if I am home and away from my phone. I love that it gives you battery message so you are aware if batteries are low. I can view activity to determine who and what time door was unlocked. Keyless entry and fingerprint recognition has works well. I will be sure to update if any changes are noted.

For various purposes, I've installed and used at length several different smart lock systems, and have settled solidly on Sifely. None have been as simple or sturdy, nor have any of the other smart lock apps been as simple or intuitive. Sifely is now my sole recommendation. If it was a race, Sifely is the clear winner.

This provides flexibility and convenience for different situations. *Affordable: Compared to other smart locks on the market, the Sifely offers a comparable feature set at a competitive price point. *Auto-lock function: I never have to worry about forgetting to lock the door, as the auto-lock function ensures it's secure after I close it. **Cons: *Remote access: If you want remote access features like locking/unlocking your door through your smartphone from afar, you'll need to purchase an additional gateway. *Fingerprint: sometimes I have to put my finger twice, since is not recognizing at the first attempt. **Overall: If you're looking for a budget-friendly smart lock with core functionalities, the Sifely is a great option to consider.

This lock was easy to install and it seems very durable. It works well with the key cards. It works well with the fingerprint and also the codes that it produces. The app is not very functional right now because you cannot tell if the lock is unlocked or locked, and it only works through Bluetooth unless You buy the additional Wi-Fi gateway, which is a little misleading, however, if you want to work it remotely through the Internet you have to get the gateway separately. Otherwise if you’re connected to Bluetooth and you’re within 10 to 12 feet of it at all times the phone can operate the lock just fine. You can only have it logged in on one device at a time, however which is difficult when you use iPads and phones at the same time in the house and you have to go back-and-forth between the two depending on what you’re doing. But good to know ahead of time.
