Questionable strength, but seems effective
I have to question the claim of 400mg since it is usually given up to 200mg. However, i do feel like it improves my mental clarity and neurological issues. I suggest refridgerating because by the end of the bottle they get sticky and start degrading.

Easy to swallow and very effective. I take a cholesterol med and was experiencing leg cramps at night. When I started using this product, the leg cramps disappeared! From my research, this preparation promotes absorption and works for me!
