Well, I purchased these to reduce ambient noise and distractions while working at home. While it does not block all the noise and make it pin drop silence, its good enough for the purpose. It has good cushioning and is comfortable to wear. The build quality is also good and it seems it will last for a couple of years at least with regular use. I am also planning to take it on flight next time to reduce some flight noise reaching my ears. All said, this is a simple product which reduces the noise by covering your ear and it does that comfortably. So recommended if that is your purpose.

Reduce 50% sound. But too tight, not recommended for long term, go for noice cancellation.

it doesnt reduce the noise to zero but amazing reduction. it definetely helps people concentrate like studying. i'm wearing old ear buds rubber filled with araldite with a thread inside to almost zero the noise. but still i hear very minimal sound . youpeople can buy ear plugs the orange coloured ones inside .

Worth buying good quality product, and if you want to use it for studying I suggest you to pair it with silicon in ear buds to get 99% sound proofing and it fits pritty good
