I wasn’t too excited about this product when received it was quite plain, but I wanted a dual cat feeder. This is now the second item I received and had to return, two different brands. It looks nice and I possibly got a defective unit, but the motor would barely turn African-, it was struggling to feed or push the kibble through. I know the kibble size is correct because I’ve been using the same kibble in my other current feeder. I did have another brand of dual feeder that I also had to return because it wouldn’t feed the correct portion size. So I went back to my original single feeder, which is still solid and working strong after a couple of years, and costs half the price of these expensive ones. For me this one didn’t work out, but seemed to be quite pricey for not so great unit.

We've been using this feeder for about a year and a half. It was reasonably priced, had been easy to use and worked really well although we had to reboot/reset it a couple of times. It stopped working at all a few days ago (unrelated to lack of power or internet service). Otherwise, we've been very satisfied with this feeder.

Clean and modern looking. Definitely has made life a bit easier. The auto feeder option that allows a specific measurement of food to be fed at certain times is amazing, and my cats have became accustomed to paring the call to food. There has been a few times where food will bunch up when coming out and I have to help it into the bowl. But overall very happy with it.

When this product is working it's great. I got it to feed my cats who need portion control. But in the 6 weeks I've had it, I've had 2 problems. One a feeding schedule locked out, and I had to delete and redo the schedule. This morning it went off the WIFI( and it's within range of the WIFI). After about a dozen tries of plugging and unplugging the power and long pressing the reset button, it came back on line( for now anyways) . All the other devices on the WIFI were working, so it wasn't the WIFI.. I've a trouble ticket into PETLIBRO and will see what they say, but I would not leave my cats alone depending on this to feed them while I'm alway for a day or more.Also it will pay to keep an eye on the SHARED WITH feature. Any device can get hacked these days and that apparently is the way to check

This is my second PETLIBRO, the first one was the one bowl version and has worked flawlessly. Love it. It's a great help on those busy days or if I won't be home most of the day.Sadly, my experience with the two bowl version has not been as great. If there's any food left from the last feeding it will cause a backup. The other issue I've encountered now several times a week is a stuck rotor. Id say size of kibble but the same food is used in the single and works just fine.My conclusion is the two bowl version is unreliable. Unfortunate, otherwise its a great product. But if I can't trust it to do its thing when I can't, then it defeats its purpose.
