I started taking this after stopping my hormonal birth control to support hormone balance and liver detox, and so far it’s made a noticeable difference. In the past, I’ve struggled with breakouts and irregular periods after going off the pill, but this time, things have felt much more stable. Almost two months post-BC, and my cycle has stayed regular with virtually no acne, which is a big change from my previous experience. I can’t say for sure it’s all from this supplement, but I do believe it’s played a key role. No side effects, the capsules are easy to take, and I love that it’s vegan and third-party tested. Calcium D Gluterate has been a God-send for me. I have struggled with ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, and days of painful, debilitating cramps for the last 30 years. I have been trying to get pregnant for 19 years In fall of 2017, the uterine fibroid began bleeding and in the next six months continued for over 170 days. I thought I was going to die, as I couldn’t breathe from lack of oxygen and had to stay in bed for months and months. I didn’t have the energy to stand up and walk. I was on the verge of needing surgery to have the uterine fibroid removed. It was large, painful, and was affecting every aspect of my life. I was resisting because I was still wanting to get pregnant and felt that another surgery (almost a dozen on my belly now) could certainly destroy our dream of me becoming pregnant. I am a researcher and had researched everything and had been praying for a long, long time for answers. This probably sounds crazy, but one morning last fall, in September 2018, I had a dream right before I woke up. I heard the words “calcium d-gluterate.” When I woke up I googled it and was shocked to see that women use this to decrease the size of fibroids and cysts. From what I understand, this is possible because the calcium d gluterate removes excess estrogen, which is what grows the tumor and cysts. I have always struggled with excess estrogen in my body and was never told by doctors that there was a way that I could have it removed. I literally got out of bed and drove directly to the vitamin store and bought calcium d-gluterate and started taking it immediately. Within the first week I noticed a huge difference! The swelling of the tumor decreased significantly. The size of my belly decreased significantly. I started feeling more energy and more like myself than I had in ages. It definitely helped my situation more than anything ever has. I no longer have painful cramps and the uterine fibroid does not swell or bleed anymore. I decided not to have surgery because of the significant changes for the positive. I was and continue to be overjoyed. The stress of another potential surgery was lifted off of my shoulders and I feel so much better!

All their products are of great quality. I like this calcium d-glacarate in combination with DIM supplement and the D-2 & K-3. I feel it helps my mood, my digestion and the balance of energy + my stomach is not as swollen. I read somewhere it was a good idea to take these 3 items combined after menaupose and I love what it does for me. Helped lose back some weight i had gained suddenly. Not sure why but I like them together. This calcium claims to help with liver detox... Nothing wrong with that either

I’ve recently started taking Calcium D-Glucarate | 500mg to support my liver health, and so far, I’m seeing promising results. The dosage is easy to incorporate into my routine, and I appreciate that it’s a natural supplement with potential detoxifying properties. While it’s too soon to speak to long-term effects, I’m hopeful about its benefits for liver function and detox support. Ok, so I wanted to wait until my period was over to give a final review. I just wanted to see if this product had any effect. Omg where do I start…ok so I ordered this product about a month ago and within the first week, I started noticing some differences. I would first like to let you know, my hormones are so off track and all over the place. I spot during ovulation, and my periods are EXTREMELY heavy! I’m talking soaked pads and soaking through the pants :/. Well this product was sent from the heavens! I usually have serious bloating before my period (going up 2 pants sizes) and my face would ALWAYS breakout in the same spot! Within the first week after using this product, I’ve noticed I had NONE OF THESE SYMPTOMS!! Yes you read that correctly! NONE!! I wasn’t sure what to think, so I continued taking the product. When my period came, (to my surprise) it wasn't bad at all! Not heavy, no clotting and cramps were minimal. I’ve also noticed my moods were in tact! I would go through these horrible mood swings where my husband would stay clear of me! I’m so happy I did my own research and came across this product! I’m so happy with my choice! Will definitely reorder! I started taking these first after reading people had really bad headaches after taking the DIM, but then I read someone started taking these first and it helped manage the DIM, so that’s what I’ll start doing. I've been dealing with menstrual issues for the last ten years. Not to get too personal, but while my cycles were regular my period were very heavy for the first two to three days. So heavy that I would go through a whole package of feminine products plus in one cycle. My cycles lasted a long time. They would start with spotting for three days, three heavy days, and three to four days that were lighter. I had intense cramping that I took a lot of Aleve to help. My breasts were so tender I had to wear a bra even when I slept a lot of the time. My mood swings were off the charts. Good times. I read a book called Kick Your Fat In The Nuts by TC Hale, fantastic book, by the way. I started listening to podcasts by TC Hale and he mentioned some women have found menstrual ease by taking calcium d-glucarate. I checked out the ingredients and liked that it had minimal listed and gave it a try. I was taking one a day for about a week and started my period. It was lighter, minimal cramping, and no breast tenderness. I just thought it was one of the easy periods I have once in a great while and the next one would be ten times worse. That's happened a few times. The next month the same thing happened. I was like...what's going on. I'm not complaining, but it was weird. Then I remembered I was taking this supplement. I was like...no way it could work that well. I paid attention to my third cycle and it's the same, lighter periods, minimal cramping, and minimal breast tenderness. I'm on my fifth cycle and I'm happy to report that my periods are still lighter, like a normal period, they are still 5-7 days, but the cramping is minimal, and the breast tenderness is minimal too. This supplement saves my sanity! I'm not sure if it will help you like it helped me, but it's worth a shot. The price is reasonable and the capsules are easy to swallow. I don't even mind having a period now. I finally took my office "emergency" clothes back home because I'm not worried about overflow (after one hour). If you try this supplement I wish you all the luck. It's amazing!

Love this supplement so far! I started using it back in April after my naturopath suggested it to support hormone balance and overall detox pathways. Within a few weeks, I noticed I felt less bloated around my cycle and just more balanced in general.

I always have a bottle of calcium d glucarate on hand. I seem to be drawn to this particular brand, probably because it works! I use it for detoxifying excess estrogen which happens occasionally on hormone replacement therapy, and for women going through periods menopause. It also works great with those sensitive to fragrances & other chemical exposures. Calcium de glucarate is excellent to use for detoxifying.

I'm 40 years old and got ID'd today by someone who thought I was under the age of 18, so I think it is working... Maybe too well. I'm hoping for some effect on mood, pain, fatigue, and if it's not too much to ask: these extra pounds that are hanging around. Will update after I've been on it a bit longer. So far I'm waking up with a headache and the feeling of being hungover, but I haven't been on it long so I hope that will pass.

Within an hour of taking it my stomach felt off, bloated and I began to feel nauseous. Like really bad. Cannot take this supplement.
