The Sweet Smile.
We have been using this for a while and at first I was put off by the open top, but now I really prefer it. Once less thing to get dirty and it is easy to fill and clean. Overall this is a great piece, with the tips being easily interchangeable and, if you have someone with braces the tip for them is great! The tongue tip takes some getting used to, but is a very nice touch for increasing one’s tasting. The pressure adjustment is easy and goes from the gentlest of fountains to a power pressure washer that will take the tartar off of any spot. Just be careful of your gums. It does a great job of taking crud out from between your teeth and leaves your mouth much better off. When full I get about four minutes of cleaning at my preferred pressure and has little mess. Overall, I feel that this is the perfect addition to one’s oral care and with a half-dozen tips will fulfill almost any need you have. Get one now!

Awesome flosser with a good variety of tips!
Dental hygiene is such an important yet frequently overlooked aspect of health. If your teeth aren’t clean, people won’t want to be near you, as you’ll probably have an offensive smell. Regular flossing can be a pain, but many dentists agree that using a water flosser can be just as beneficial, or even more than flossing alone! This water flosser does an awesome job at helping keep your teeth the cleanest. It comes with a wide variety of heads to help get the job done! It has 5 different power settings to help ensure that you can keep your teeth clean without tearing up your gums. I’d recommend starting slow until your gums get more used to the pressure. The water reservoir is large enough that you’ll be able to thoroughly clean all of your teeth multiple times if you like! This is especially useful for those of us who have wisdom teeth that don’t need removing, but require extra care. All in all, this flosser does a great job of getting those hard to reach places and even just providing an easier alternative to flossing at a fraction of the price of more familiar brands.

Strong and light, but not the most compact.
Strong flow of water. Tip angle could be a little better -- if it could have been 90 degrees, it would have been ideal. Reliable so far: still going strong after a few months of hard use. The unit is very light, but takes up a fair amount of space. It's about the size of two fists put together. 5 stars if the tip were better, and it were more compact. Price at $40.00 is good/OK, but not outstanding.

its good product, but I cant deal with leaking
the memory pressure is not working, I am not sure why they state that it keeps the memory from last clean. Also, every time I put the water on top it will leak from the bottom so I always had to put a towel underneath (no I am not overflooding). its good product, but I cant deal with leaking.

Just awful overall, 0 communication with the seller due to no replys. I've bought over 10 times.....
First time leaving a review. I had enough. Every single time within a week the product stops working. The main issue is it's faulty handle, it holds the pieces down by a tiny piece of plastic that breaks extremely easy. At times the machine won't even turn on and just makes a beeping noise, at other times you can't control the water pressure because the machine just won't work properly At other times the Touch screen won't even work due to it being some a cheap made machine, if it worked and lasted it would be great, but due to all the issues, and lack of communication from the seller makes this purchase a nightmare.

An excellent System for anyone that likes the water for flossing over tape or string
I have been a water flosser for several years, so when my regular unit (after 6 years) gave up there was no hesitation in knowing that I'd buy another. I did my due diligence, compaing the various brands, the features, and the pricing; eventually deciding to buy the Webetop Oral Irrigator Dental Flosser with 1000ml capacity. The first thing I noticed was that this unit has a lot of positive feedback. The few negative comments were all helpful, and in most instances seemed to be restricted to just the one product. I say this because each of the concerns I found online did not exist in the product that I received upon ordering. The tank is big enough to hold all the water you will likely need for two quick washes. For more detailed, especially if working with a problemed area of your teeth, you will still have plenty of water to get the job done. If you are like me, then you will fill the basin with warm water to start, then empty it and refill with cooler water during the final rinse phase. The tips are a special part of this unit. With similar units in the past I never used anything but the standard tip. With this unit, though, I found that the tips work well, and I've begun regularly using three of them. I especially like the general use tip and the two used broadening the spray and getting at plaque better. Long and short of it, I would have no problem buying this same unit should something happen to my new unit. I would also have no prolbem recommending it to any family, friend, or simple acquantence that may inquire. Not only would I recommend the water flossing method, but I would also recommend stronly this particular unit for the job.

Unsanitary-NO LIF
I’ve used other water flossers so I have a frame a reference. I’ve been using this one for almost 3 months. I can not, for the life of me, figure out why they don’t include a lid for the water tank!! As I suspected, the water collects dust and gets grimy. I use it off and on through the week…not every day or twice a day like some other people so maybe it differs if the water is being used completely in a day. Based on my usage pattern, it is unsanitary. I feel like I need to dump the water after each use and wipe clean. It would be such an easy addition for the manufacturer to do. Most water flossers store the attachments in the lid or make the attachments container in a way that it can be used as a lid.

Strong water flow that gets in hard to reach areas.
I have a couple of teeth that have crowns where food debris gets caught in the teeth almost daily. Like if I eat corn or certain salad plants it is a common annoyance. When I floss its hard to get it out at times. And many times my floss tears. I was skeptical if the water flow would be strong enough to get the debris out, but gave it a shot. The water flow can be adjusted to be very strong and I can feel the water flowing through the gums and it literally cleans it out. Its a refreshing feeling The pick also comes with a tongue cleaner and few other attachment types. I use a regular tongue brush and have to say that I was impressed. The instructions say that dental fluids like mouthwash or gum medication can be used, but just to clean it out afterwards. I just use clean water. At the strongest setting its actually too strong for my gums so have to go slightly above medium strength. There are two negatives. The device is not quiet and it make noise. So if you were using the device while your partner was sleeping it could wake them up. Also the pick is not wireless, a wire is attached and it can sort of get in the way. Bottom line is that I didn't buy it so it could be quiet and not work. I bought it to improve and maintain my oral hygiene. As a mechanical engineer I am truly impressed with the strong water flow from the device. IF the water flow wasn't strong enough I would of returned it. I'm keeping this device. Thumbs up.
