Simple and functional
Works exactly as it should. Flexible enough that it makes a good seal, but not so soft it fails fast. Fixed the slow leak in our bathroom cheaply, and without the drama of having to find a good plumber on short notice.

An excellent product
An excellent product. Fitted easily, and quite firmly on my toilet so it won't accidentally slip out. The flange on the connector gave a nice finish and prevented pushing the connector in too far, which could be a problem on other products without a flange. Shame it wasn't available in a black option.
