After using for the first half of the bottle and then decided to compare the taste to regular Vitamin D milk. This dry milk looses the taste with cereal. Milk with cereal has a taste that adds to the cereal but this dry milk does not have that. To me it taste like the 2% milk and that is not Vitamin D milk. I had a bowl with this and one bowl with Vitamin D milk. I ended up throwing out the remaining bottle because I could not take the taste anymore. One tablespoon in my coffee and I still get my creamy cuppa every morning for less fat and calories of half and half or regular milk. Plus a couple grams of protein! I use a milk frother to blend it in and get a delicious foamy top layer on my coffee. A pound lasted 4x longer than a 32 oz carton of half and half, making this much more cost effective.
