These bits are a far better deal than many I have seen both cheaper and more expensive. When it comes to drill bits its very easy to settle. That is I have in the past bought sets at places like flea markets and cheap tool stores only to be sorely disappointed in the long run. They not only don't actually drill a hole very well, but they get dull in no time and more often than that just snapped in two in the middle of making a hole. These bits are very strong, excellently engineered, and so far with making quite a few holes with both small and larger bits have been holding their sharpness very well. (They haven't yet invented a small, handy, cheap like drill bit sharpener. They all cost all outdoors here on desertcart. I have been sharpening my bits by hand with a small file for years). None of these failed in either making a hole or wearing down and needing sharpening either, even after several uses...I am very satisfied with these, especially for the price that is quite reasonable in my opinion.. As to the case these came in, overall I like it. It's very rugged and would easily take a wallop or something extremely heavy to fall on it to bust it open or crack it. It has a nice sliding lever on the side that locks it when not in use. A far as the complaints of it being a little difficult to get the bits in and out, the slots these are in are not the kind that swing out like on some other cases..You have to reach in and fetch them up and out yourself which is a little difficult as far as the smaller ones are concerned, especially when putting them back.. I had no problem replacing the larger bits, but the smaller ones can be a little more difficult, especially when trying to push them down into the slot with the tip of them pinching your finger. But I happen to agree with the other reviewer here that states that it just takes a little practice and you get used to it pretty quickly. I admit its a little difficult, but no where near overally so as to take anything away from the quality and price of this set which is in my opinion outstanding...Very much recommended.. That bit pulls out from the back. I had to wiggle it around quite a bit, and then it came out. It gets easier after you do it a few times. It took me a minute to figure out how to use it. The bits push in from the back, you only use the long bits. It only made sense once I put it in my screw gun. The sleeve slides back on the bit enough to expose the tip. Then you can put a screw on it, and the magnet/sleeve holds the screw in place. That's their theory at least lol. I haven't tried it yet. It seems a little awkward, but I guess you could get used to it if you're putting in a bunch of screws. **Q: Can I use them with Black & Decker LDX120C 20-Volt Drill?** A: yes anything with standard chuck should work if the chuck is 3/8 some larger bits might not fit!1/2 bits probably wont fit! **Q: What's the trick in getting these bits back into their plastic holding place? It seems to only bend the plastic.** A: Contrary to some answers, the case is very well designed and there is a very simple way of getting the bits back into the case. All you have to do is turn the bit with the flat sides to either side (pointy side to the front , back) then slide it down into the empty slotted area; there should be no resistance if done correctly. The simply push the bits back down seating it into the holder. It's as simple as that. **Q: where is made?** A: Holder and socket adapter made in Taiwan.
