A truly Impressive Robot Vac/Mop
I recently upgraded to the **eufy S1 Pro** from my older X9 Pro, and honestly, the difference is night and day. The biggest improvement for me is the new spinning mop. With my old robot, I’d sometimes see faint circular marks left behind. That’s completely gone now. This one uses fresh water as it cleans, so it’s not just pushing dirty water around. My floors look properly washed, not just wiped over. They’ve actually got a nice sheen to them now instead of looking dull. I also love that the base station adds the cleaning solution for you. You don’t have to guess or measure anything — it just sorts it out automatically. It even washes and dries the mop on its own, which makes the whole process feel hands-off and easy. The vacuuming is just as impressive. It works brilliantly on my carpets and low pile rug, picking up everything — even the pet hair from my two dogs. The self-emptying bin is a huge upgrade from my X9 Pro. I used to constantly forget to empty the small dustbin, but now it takes care of itself. The emptying process is quite loud, I won’t lie, but it does such a thorough job that even the filter has stayed bright white. The navigation is genuinely impressive. It doesn’t wander around aimlessly or constantly bump into things like some robot vacuums I’ve seen before. It moves confidently and methodically around the house, even weaving neatly around my table and chair legs without any drama. It clearly spots things like cables and shoes and marks them correctly on the map in the app, which is actually really clever to see. It feels like it knows exactly where it’s going and what it’s doing. Speaking of the app, it’s really well designed and easy to use. Everything is clear and straightforward, and setting up cleaning schedules or checking the map is simple. It just works. Design-wise, it looks amazing. It has a really sleek, futuristic style that actually looks good sitting in my front room. Friends and family always comment on it. Even the water tanks light up and glow, which is a nice little touch. The water containers also last surprisingly well — I mop every other day and only need to refill about every 10 days, which is very convenient. Overall, this feels like a serious upgrade in every way. It cleans better, looks better, and requires far less effort from me. I absolutely love it — well done to eufy for creating such a brilliant, high-performing product.

Faulty products, do not buy
Waste of time! Bought back in July, came fault (wouldnt suck up any of the dirty water and it just sat in the tray at the bottom so had to mop all the dirty water up yourself and yes I tried all sorts as suggested online to fix it but nothing would work) so returned and they sent me another, which unsurprisingly came with a different fault (wouldnt work at all!). They then sent me a new base to pair up with the second robot they had sent me. Couldn't get that work so they sent me a 4th replacement and guess what, that has the same fault as the first unit they sent me (wouldn't suck up water). Rather annoyed at this, purchased as my sister has and loves it, embarrassingly recommended to my mother in law before mine had arrived and she has had the same issue! Do not recommend, gave them 4 opportunities to redeem themselves and 4 months later they haven't fixed the problem.

Impressive cleaning, quiet and easy to use
I’ve used the Eufy Omni S1 for about 8 hours so far, and I’m really impressed. It cleans the floor very well, even in a small house like mine. The mopping performance is even better than I expected, which is a great bonus. The app is easy and intuitive to use. The robot is a little noisy, but honestly, from other reviews I was expecting much more noise. I can watch TV comfortably while it’s hoovering at the lightest power setting. Usually when I set it to maximum power, I prefer to have it clean when I’m not at home, but that’s just because it’s easier. For me, the noise at lower power is not a big deal. Setting it up was a bit challenging for me, as I had to split my Wi-Fi to 2.4GHz to get it connected. I’m not great with technology, but I managed to figure it out in the end. The soap, brushes and dust bag are still in good condition after these first hours of use, which is great. The only small issue I’ve noticed is that the robot doesn’t always get very close to the walls, so a bit of dust might be left along the edges, but nothing major. Also, it would be amazing to be able to adjust a cleaning section from the app even after a session has already started, without needing the robot to return to the station and start over. One more thing to mention is that I have a small metal floor divider between my bathroom and hallway, and unfortunately it seems just a bit too high for the robot to pass over on its own. So for that room, I have to help it manually. Overall, it’s a fantastic cleaning robot and I’m very happy with the purchase.

Only worked for 30 mins
Worked for about half an hour. Now the base station is completely dead. Customer service quoting 7 working days for replacement and can’t give me an exact delivery date. Doesn’t seem to be a priority for them given I could order a new one and have it delivered in half the time. No explanation for the faulty base which now seems to be full of water. Shame as it looked really good for the half hour it worked Update-item was picked up next day by Amazon who are now quoting up to 30 days to return my £750 for an item that was clearly delivered faulty. Don’t buy this item from an Amazon and Anchor Direct (Eufy) as you have no control over return and refund. Apparently it’s standard for high value items even if they are delivered faulty. Hoover currently sitting in a UPS carrier facility going nowhere fast. Suspect they are using a cheap return method at my expense.

When it works it great......
When this robovac works its great. It did a decent job of vacuuming and mopping. As it has a roller mopping it can get into corners. Unfortunately there is a problem with the seal on the dirty water tank. I had to mess around with the seal to get the tank to be air tight. Without that it will not drain the dirty water. Even after a replacement tank was sent out I still had to mess around to get it to work. Disappointing for a brand new machine. On several occasions the unit will complain that it has been disconnected from the charging port. Even though it has not been touched. This unit self empties into a dust bag in the base unit. This is very loud. Please note that it comes with 1 bottle of cleaning solution. But the manuals all state to only use the eufy brand. The app is pretty intuitive. You can schedule when to clean and have separate rooms setup. Update 29/10/25 After talking with their customer support a new unit has been sent out to me and it is behaving so far. Update 28/02/2026 The replacement started playing up. Making a weird screeching noise when refilling water. It also started to go back to the base station ever few minutes to wash the mops. Another replacement was sent out but the internal box was water damaged and the vacuum was covered in water. The clean water tank also had water droplets in it. Waiting to hear from eufy support how this could have happened. I think they may have sent me a returned item.

decent list of features but worried about quality
in terms of features it's a good product with a decent list of features, but I'm worried about quality. This has broken twice since I got it (first time the dirty water holder was not working so they had to send a new one and the second time the water inlet broke so they had to send a whole new robot vacuum), the customer support has been quite good providing replacement part within the warranty but you have to think what will happen once the warranty is over.

Bad Customer support eufy
hello every one, I buy this as I loved there products. There new model is out my price range. I had trouble from the out set. This would not do any thing I asked. I think monsters invaded. It map my floor plan ok. But would not return to charge beyond 10% returning at 9%. would not go home and stay put. AS my experience of this made me regret b buying. I rang there customer care team, and found some help. I was told THE tec team would contact in 2 working days. I was asked to send a copy of amazons receit and wated. there was no response. Not even can you send more info So customer service is not very good. In fact hopples after looking on google I found better help and now to day is working as it should..... I you spend big money, i would expect better support

Worth the money!
Probably one of the best purchases I’ve made. It’s used everyday and it’s made such a difference. In a busy household it doesn’t take much for the floors to get dirty and the robot does a fantastic job of keeping on top of the mess, mopping and vacuuming with ease. I’ve a large floor area to clean and it’ll do 80m2 plus with ease. The app is easy to use and all the rooms can be individually labelled. It’s worth giving the robot a weekly clean, rinsing the water tray in the robot etc to keep it running efficiently. 10/10
