Best addition to my sourdough.
Absolutely love these. They clean up easy and never mold or stain. Should have bought these before anything whicker.

Learned to Love These!
I love these! At first I wasn't impressed as they seemed to create moisture. Now that I make a stiffer starter and better understand the sourdough process I love them. Super easy to clean up and if you add other ingredients such as cinnamon and sugar, REALLY easy clean up! They also don't take up much cupboard space because they fold into themselves!!

My go to sourdough bread pan!
These are great for baking sourdough bread! The silicon material doesn’t stick, and it’s so easy to just turn over the loaf and pop them out! I wish I would have tried them sooner, they are amazing and so easy to use, I’d love to give them 10 stars!! Very reasonably priced to here on Amazon too.

Very Pleased With These
These work very well with just an even dusting with rice flour. The dough rolls out nicely, they wash easily and collapse to store flat and take up very little room.

Remember to flour it, GENEROUSLY.
The size is pretty big. I would just place a silicone mat, or parchment on top before flipping and be careful since it’s not as stiff as a traditional basket. Super easy to clean, very nice green. Haven’t baked with it yet but I’m very glad it can go in the dish washer. Very versatile and can minimize for maximum storage. MAKE SURE YOU PUT PLENTY FLOUR/RICE FLOUR, it will stick 😭
