I’ve been wanting to purchase desertcart‘s own brand of leather cases for a while now however the previous generation leather case was not up to par. As you can see from my photos, the top and bottom of the Kindle are bare, so you may want to take that into consideration if you will be using this flip case as your go to case when you are out and about, but other than that, the rest of the Kindle is completely covered. I also really like the fact that when I am reading, the cover of the case magnetically attaches to the back and it makes it much easier to hold the Kindle for long periods of time. I use my Kindle every day and pick it up and put it down frequently. If I’m in public I prefer having a cover to close. The cover itself, while leather, is not particularly fine leather. I was a little disappointed in the quality. Neither do I find it attractive, as I had hope it would be. It is suede and scratches very easily.
