Nimble Sports Pink Adjustable Gymnastics Bar - Kids Kip Bar

Easy to assemble, arrived on schedule and in good condition. Waiting for my daughters to try it out, but seems very sturdy.

We ordered this bar for Christmas for our daughter. She is a 50 pound level 4 gymnast. Even when she does very basic gymnastics skills the bar was very shaky and rocked quite a bit. The movement was coming from where the uprights (vertical portion) connected to the base. There was not a very tight fit. We contacted the seller, and they instructed us to tighten the bolts. The bolts were already as tight as we could get them. We contacted the seller again, and they said there was a design flaw, and they would ship a new set of uprights. The new set of uprights contained a threaded hole for a set screw to tighten the uprights to the base, however they did not send any set screws with the new uprights. IF you are purchasing a bar for an aspiring gymnast, please look for a bar that has support braces between the base and the uprights. This simple design element that this manufacturer has overlooked adds a great deal of stability to horizontal bars.

I ordered this item and it ROCKS! My 4 year old daughter is about 36LBs. She practices cast, flips off all the time and LOVES it. I use to teach gymnastics for her age group and I spot her on back hip circles I've bought other mats and we do drills with this for her kips, and pactice handstands on the bar. She is walking up mats while holding on the bar to work on her pull overs. This junior bar is even better quality than the toddler bar at the gym I use to work at. I would definatly buy this again and tell all my friends to buy it. I red the other review if she is level 4 trying to work on basic skill you should have the base extentions for the item I plan on buying a set for my self. Right now she doesn't need them at her level. As she improves and gets bigger we will need them. You can buy the base extentions from the manufacture's website. Or call them. [...] I also bought her beam from them. Also great. I am uploading pictures of mine. (I bought the mats a few different places just because I wanted Pink and Purple) But I still paid really good prices for them as well!

I ordered this for my 10 yo granddaughter to practice for gymnastics and the product is totally unstable. I have tried to contact the manufacturer to obtain a stablization bar but have not heard from the company. I would like to return this to order another product that would be more stable. It's unusable as it is.
