It didn't clean my ground at all

I trust this brand for our delicate marble tile and have been using for years. I recently tried this grout cleaner in our shower, and am impressed! It does take a little bit of elbow grease if you have build-up, but surprisingly easier to clean our grout than I expected. I used a handheld grout brush.

There is no outer or inner seal to this product and the cap on the bottle I received got loose so some of the product had leaked out by the time I received it. It ended up being fine as a good amount of the product remained but it would have been better if it had been better sealed. The product itself works well to clean my grouts. It has a , funky smell I did not care for however, and I had to make sure to work in a well ventilated area and to rinse away the cleaner well after I was done with it.

This Miracle Sealants Grout Cleaner and Brightener is a very good product. The before and after photos I provided are of the grout after an initial cleaning and then after using the grout cleaner. I did one line that's usually covered first to test it before using on the rest of my bathroom. I applied the liquid and let it sit for 3 minutes, and then gave it a fast and light scrub with a toothbrush. I then wiped it up and cleaned it with an all purpose cleaner. The difference between the before and after is significant. I would use this product again, and it's a good value at the current price. It spreads quite a bit so a little of it can be used on a much larger area than I initially expected. You should note this is very serious stuff because it contains acid, so you need to wear gloves and try not to breathe it in. With proper precautions, this is a great way to freshen up your old grout.

One of the first things that I did after reading the label on the Miracle Sealants 392622 Grout Cleaner and Brightener was to put on my old work clothes and my latex work gloves. I also got my narrow hard bristle crevice cleaning brushes. These brushes are so much better than used toothbrushes because their bristles are stiffer. I thought about using one of my electric scrub brushes, however the hydrochloric acid in this product gave me pause – too much potential overspray. After removing everything out of the bathroom except for the commode and wash basin I proceeded to apply the Miracle Sealants cleaner. I begin scrubbing small sections. There is a pungent smell, but I had the windows open and was running a fan. The Miracle Sealants cleaner really worked miracles on my floors. It required a hard-working companion – me – but the grout on my 25-year-old floors has never looked better. I was pleased to learn that this is a product associated with “Rust-Oleum,” a US brand that I have used for many years. The product works fine – it is a five-star product however I deducted one star because there is no explicit statement that the product contains hydrochloric acid.

When I unscrewed the cap for this bottle I was pleased to see a much smaller hole to dispense the solution, which is great for accuracy when applying to the grout. This is ideal because I find that full coverage is the way to go before scrubbing. Pulling the solution across more grout that was not initially covered by a pour will still work, but there is a limit. I did not need to spend much time scrubbing, nor did I need to really throw some elbow grease into it. I waited a couple minutes before wiping away with warm water and a sponge (and rubber gloves!!). The results on my sample section of tile grout are fabulous. Doing an entire floor might take some time, but it won't be laborious work. Maybe tedious, but it won't break a sweat.

Make sure you have extra water on hand because it’s not a one a done type of product, you have to neutralize the product and then rinse with water to complete the process, so a good amount of work but it does the job.
