My first pair of wireless earbuds, I’m impressed with the quality of the buds and case and how easy they were to set up and start using. To start with I found the sound ok, but you really need to download the app and use the equalizer to tweak the sound and make them come alive. They don’t feel like they fit that securely, but I’ve had them in for a couple of hours and they haven’t budged, even tried shaking them out. I found the included rubber earpieces a little lacking in size options, even side by side there’s really not a lot of difference between them, however with the largest ones fitted I found it made the bass much more powerful. I don’t know why I’ve resisted so long, probably because the proper apple ones are so expensive. I think these are a good price / quality compromise. Marked down a star because out of the box the sound was a little flat and because I’d prefer them to sit a little tighter in the ear.

Brought these as a gift having had a pair myself. Excellent quality sound. They are super comfortable and I have tiny ears so it's usually a struggle to find earbuds that fit and are comfortable to wear. The hold in well too when I'm working out. Paired up great to my Samsung and have not experienced any issues with the connection dropping out at all. Would recommend.

I have bought three of the JBL Wave Beams and one of the JBL Wave Beam 2s, I am UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED. Pros: -Theyre quite easy to set up, use and tune to your taste. -The battery life is decent and usually last 2 days of regular use on a full charge. -The app is relatively simple and intuitive. Cons: -The treble sounds quite bad and struggles to perform well with higher tones/frequencies -The earbuds are very bass heavy, to the point where it washes out the treble and mid tones. -The Earbuds dont fit as well as others, eg. Galaxy buds FE. -There is no way to track the earbuds if they are lost and you cant play a sound through the case. -The ANC (active noise cancellation) is quite poor. -THESE EARBUDS BREAK OFTEN ALL FOUR PAIRS I PURCHASED BROKE. After a month of regular use, these earbuds genuinely just stop working. No interference, no exposure to water or any drops. They just stop working; get really quiet or stop charging. I paid plenty of money to this company across two accounts, and yet I feel completely betrayed by the experience I received.

I purchased these as a replacement for the JBL Live Pro+, which I had to return due to frequent disconnections. I'm so happy with them. Seamless switching between devices, great sound quality, and reliable mono use. Call clarity in an office setting is excellent on both ends — no complaints so far.

They're relatively comfortable, and the sound is alright, with good bass. BUT if anything brushes against them, like my hand or hair, they crackle. Same goes for if I'm close to the sonic bath at work, it interferes and they crackle and buzz. Also, the case doesn't have a lid, which seems insane. I'm a little bit disappointed. The noise cancellation isn't very good, either.

I've tried these earbuds for a couple of weeks now and was hopeful that they'd be worth the price, but I would absolutely not recommend them. I used the Tune Flex 2 before, and those weren't great either; the Wave Flex 2 however manages to beat that. According to one of the mentioned product features & the photos, the earbuds are equipped with active noise cancelling. This is not the case, as the only options you can choose from are Ambient Aware and Talk Thru. There is no noise cancelling at all, especially as the sound is also really, really low. The other day I had to turn the volume up to 100% while on a semi-crowded bus and it wasn't even nearly loud enough. Volume at 50% is only just enough to hear the music. Don't expect any 'crisp clear calls' either, because the microphones don't live up to their promises at all: recordings will sound muffled and quiet. You can tap the earbuds to change the volume, pause a song etcetera, but it doesn't register your touch well at all and I frequently have to tap multiple times for it to work. The only positive about this product is the charging time and battery life: it takes a long time before you need to charge them again, and they're back to 100% really quickly. That's the only upside to it in my opinion. I'm really disappointed, this does not live up to the quality JBL usually provides at all.

Vou fazer uma avaliação completa pq senti falta de uma enquanto estava considerando se comprava ou não. Em relação à qualidade e altura do som, são muito boas. Algumas pessoas comentaram que acharam o som baixo, mas não é. Se você utilizar um fone com o som mais alto do que esse fone proporciona, corre o risco de você desenvolver surdez em alguma fase da vida. Em relação ao encaixe, eu tive um pouco de dificuldade com o lado esquerdo, o que é completamente normal, uma vez que o corpo humano não é totalmente simétrico. Acompanham três opções de borrachinhas para o fone, uma grande, uma média e uma pequena. A pequena resolveu o problema de encaixe que tive no início, ficando certinho nos dois lados. Em relação à conectividade do bluetooth, foi tranquilo. Pode ser que apresente problemas em celulares mais antigos, mas aí é a conectividade do celular mesmo, não do fone. Testei em casa e na academia por algumas horas, funcionou sem nenhum problema. O cancelamento de ruído e o modo ambiente são bons também, funcionam corretamente e é facinho de alternar um pelo outro de acordo com a necessidade de quem está usando. O aplicativo da JBL é simples e intuitivo, e você consegue fazer as configurações necessárias por ele mesmo. Uma dica muito importante é ler os manuais de uso que acompanham o fone. Vi muitas pessoas reclamando de apenas um lado do fone funcionar ou carregar, ou de não entenderam as luzinhas da caixinha e dos fones... Leiam os manuais, são simples e explicam todas essas questões. Muitas vezes, a pessoa que não sabe utilizar o dispositivo e acha que veio com defeito, mas é só ter paciência para aprender as funcionalidades. Pesquisem também sobre o carregamento, não é qualquer carregador que pode ser usado, o ideal é conectar o USB a um PC/notebook/TV. Foi uma ótima compra, eu estava receosa no início, mas depois de procurar por muitas análises, comprei e gostei muito. Vale lembrar que é um fone de entrada da JBL, logo, ele faz o básico bem feito. Porém, se você quer algo profissional, procure modelos mais completos.

Recieved original and brand new product with full packaging of JBL and Amazon. The product is good according to the price , because I had used Boats earbuds , Noise earbuds and Apple AirPods. I can say that Boat was also good in terms of bass but didn’t lasts long , my boat earbuds stopped working after 10 months. But according to boat price tag , it was still value for money but Boat didn’t have that premium rich sound like Apple AirPods. But definitely boat was a very good buy for money. Now coming to the Noise earbuds , it was okay okay and did last more than Boat but lacked bass which was better in Boat, I won’t recommend Noise earbuds unless you are a fan. Now JBL , this earbuds are not heavy on bass , which means this earbuds are not for bass lovers , it is balanced and rich. However you can increase its bass through jbl app and after that you can get adequate bass . Also to mention that sound quality is very good and the functions of touch sensers are also very practical. You can play , pause, forward , next track , previous track in music and you can recieve call , reject call , mute the call from touch sensors and you can also increase volume or down the volume from touch sensor and you can choose what to on and what function you want to off. Talking about battery life of Jbl , I had charged one time to 100% and then I used about 34 hours , of course not continously but I used it and kept inside the case but I didn’t charged the case again so that I could get the idea . So it was about 34 hours of playback time with 100% charged case. I didn’t had any problem or issues in connectivity. Its connectivity is good. Talking about gamers , if you want 0 or about 0 latency then this is the wrong product , it has latency of fraction of second about 0.4 seconds . When you fire , you gets the firing sound after 0.3 seconds. So if you are planning to buy this product only for gaming then don’t buy this. But remember that Noise earbuds had also latency of 0.6 seconds and Boat earbuds had also latency of 0.6 seconds. As far as I had experienced with lots of earbuds (wireless) the only product which have no latency at all is “APPLE AIRPODS”. But that is way expensive, but if your budget allows it then go for it. Comfort:- Believe me , After AirPods, this is the most comfortable earbuds because this doesn’t have buds actually , so even when I use it for long sessions like 6-7 hours , still theses are comfortable.

These are terrible for the price!!! DO NOT BUY!!! Sound quality and volume are both so low. If you are aiming for the noise cancelling feature, do not bother because these do not cancel anything. Matter of fact I think they amplify some background noise for some unknown reason. I was risking going deaf trying to hear my songs. I was looking for a good pair of noise cancelling earphones but these do not do the job. There are way better options out there for just a few more bucks.
