I'd been looking for a couple of smart locks to replace some standard deadbolt, door handle combinations. I have to say these Phillips locks are a great price for all the features they include. Wi-Fi - Bluetooth, fingerprint, smart phone, programmable individual codes and even a physical key for access. Installed and set them both up in under an hour. App is very easy to use. I've had Yale smart locks in another house I owned and they were 3 times the price, and didn't have near as many features. these locks feel good, have strong mechanical action and are sturdy. Its a win!

This was is decent quality lock for the money. It includes two very solid handles. The look is stylish, and the exterior construction is solid. The interior construction feels cheap (it's plastic). There is some play in the plastic knob to turn the deadbolt. The cover interior cover attaches with plastic clips to a metal plate. It feels like those clips are not very strong. The interface is GREAT. Easy to set up.. Easy to add fingerprints and codes. Looks awesome on the door. It's not a Schlage, but for the cost, it's a nice door lock.

I’ve been slowly remodeling and after painting the door I thought a new handle would make it look better. I debated a few different locks before getting this one and I’m so glad I did. It doesn’t connect to WiFi which I wanted but still looks very modern and sleek. It’s good quality and it was pretty easy to install. The cord was a bit finicky to get right but I managed. The fingerprint recognition works surprisingly well.

It is working and so far as good! The fingerprint can be tricked to get it corrected but overall it is using to use and install.

Was going great until it malfunctioned while I was testing it...outside...in 28 degree weather...without the keys. I had to break a window to get back into my house after 4 hours of trying. Good news is that it's amateur-lock-picker-proof. Update: A new lock was provided and it works flawlessly. The batteries do drain really quickly, but overall, it works great.

I LOVE this! Its so easy to set up! Ive gone through so many locks like this. So I was dreading figuring it out. But this is the 1st one that was clear direction wise and easy to install. So easy I even bought a second one for my mother's home because I trust it so much. 100% worth every penny! I forget often to lock doors behind me, pulling my keys out while im leaving in a hurry always isnt fun. But I can shut it and forget it cause it will auto lock itself!!! Phillips is wish you'd send me another one! Lol

Is all manual, the app WILL NOT work to update pin or manage the lock. Very pretty, looks very sharp… but it’s 2026, I should not be managing pins manually on the lock. Also, lock does not really read your touch good.
