Amazing Customer Service. *by A***F on March 18, 2025* Purchased an M4 iPad Pro (13-inch) in Space Black back in January 2025 and of course, I needed a screen protector to complete the arsenal. I had good experience using a Torras Screen Protector in the past to protect my iPhone 15 Pro Max so of course, I decided to go with something familiar. Unfortunately, I had difficulties during the installation process with aligning the guide to the iPad. As a result, the screen protector did not fit perfectly on the first go-around so I had to re-install things the hard way by carefully lifting it off the iPad and manually fitting it over the tablet inch by inch. At first, there were several unsightly air bubbles left on the screen which gave me cause to worry. I contacted support and thankfully, their representative was extremely helpful in assuring me that Torras provides industry-leading after-sales service of their many products in order to ensure ultimate satisfaction for their customer base. She actually offered to send me a new screen protector free of charge if I was unhappy with the performance of my current screen protector!
