Great choice in this price range.
Are there higher end devices? Yep. Do I have 1 or 2 grand to blow on efx? Nope. Do I need to? Nope. This box has likely more than I will ever use or ever need. Wish you could move the chain around & that it had Bluetooth. I've had both on less expensive items. I feel they really skimped out leaving those out & cheapened the product a bit just to add them to the next tier at a higher price. Nonetheless, at this price, there is a ton to work with & no excuse to not sound great if you know what you are doing or spend the time to learn. Love the battery and I use Bluetooth for the guitar so it is still easily portable & convenient. The effects are not really above average, but are quite good and set & mixed properly sound really great live or recording. Plenty of effects & parameters to work with. Not much of a learning curve considering what it has available. The drum machine is basic but excellent to work in your solitude on rhythms or leads. Looper is sufficient for same. I have paid WAY more for just one or two single effect pedals, so I think this is really excellent & affordable for all it does. If your on a budget, this is an amazing pedal. I could have bought a step up or two, but couldn't justify the price point as this takes care of my needs quite well at a stupid low price. Already used it on 3 recordings and they came out great. Actually worked out very nicely on my bass & keyboards (synths) even though I have a plethora of pedals & rack effects for them already. If you have a bit under 200 bucks to spend for something that covers most of the bases, this is an excellent choice. Tried several others. Bought this one and have ZERO regret. At this price, you just can't lose. Really enjoying it!

UPDATE: Software wouldn't connect but new version (GE150 Plus/Pro V2.1.2 Update (2026.4.23))works
Sound seemed particularly brittle, which I guess is a consequence of the digital processing. Not that pleasing to my ear compared to a similar Boss unit I have. It does have four foot switches, a lot of effects, and does work, so two stars from that, but really didn't deliver on the promise of connectivity and ease of modification. The big issue for me is I was unable to get the software to connect to the device and emails to support went unanswered. I probably invested two to three hours, across three different computers to try to get it to connect but no dice. Can't even upgrade the firmware. I was looking forward to being able to adjust and share mods, but alas that is not to be. Windows also flagged the software as potential spyware which did not give me a warm, fuzzy feeling. And of course I threw out the box once I got it so not going to be able to return (lesson learned). I have a feeling it's going to be gathering dust for a long while.UPDATE: After posting this review, Mooer reached out to me (but never replied to my support request emails...). The latest software update (GE150 Plus/Pro V2.1.2 Update (2026.4.23)) now works, and I was able to update the firmware and connect to the software, so now have full functionality.Still very sensitive to hum - some presets are very noisy, sounds like 60hz hum, but others are very quiet. Still deserves a 5 star given the amazing about of flexibility in tone modification for the price. If I were a performing musician I'd definitely want something with cleaner sound, but for my purposes it's well worth the money now that the software works.

A decent pedal for the price but not useful for my style
I’ve tried many Chinese guitar pedals and they are ahead of the competition when it comes to battery power and Bluetooth. Unfortunately this model for some reason didn’t come with Bluetooth (which is odd because my $50 tiny Lekato has Bluetooth). Anyway I really appreciated the long lasting battery and the decent sounds, but as usual with all the Chinese pedals the drum patterns were unusable for my live performance. I just don’t understand why they keep adding hundreds of patches and infinite tweaking, but they put the option to use drum patterns that sound like garbage or they are just crazy. Can’t find a decent bossa or hip hop or reggae. And why do they put cymbal crash and drum breaks that eventually will not fall in the right place and will make the groove sound fake. Back to my old reliable Zoom GX1 Four.

Great tones for those on a monetary (and time) budget
This is a great budget multi effects pedal in a flooded market. We have the Tone Master Pro, the Quad Cortex, and now the Helix Stadium has just been announced. These are extremely technical units meant for tweakers, and gear snobs who are so into a tone they want to adjust the amp model's voltage or bias and capture a tone from their 5k rig. Spend hours tweaking and turning knobs. This pedal doesn't do that. And this pedal isnt for those type of players. So who is for then?As an owner of tube amps that collect dust, obsolete Digitech multi effects pedals, single effect pedals and a Quad Cortex I just bought, it's hard for me to find time to sit down and spend time with these amps and modeling pedals like I used to, deal with their weight or speed time getting presets perfect with snapshots and scenes and all that nonsense. I just want to be inspired to sit down and play. And this unit does that.I can spend time just going through presets and jamming on the tones and maybe a slight tweak here and there but it is instantly gratifying. This is perfect because I can spend less tweaking and more time playing and writing. I stress this part because having a looper and drum machine built in is invaluable for writing and jamming. The fact that it is rechargeable is the cherry on top. I mainly bought this for camping trips with a rechargeable amp so playing outside anywhere with tons of tones is now possible. When I plugged in, I was very pleasantly surprised. There's some great sounds here, but it's no Quad Cortex or Helix, nor is it trying to be. The amp sims sound and play and feel like they should. The UI is easy and I figured it out in 5 minutes. There's no touch screen, no scribble strips, no advanced i/o, no signal chain rounting options, but at this price point, the features they did manage to pack in this thing is very impressive. IRs can even be loaded onto it. I find myself reaching for it more than my more expensive complicated gear due to convenience.I do have some concerns about build quality, particularly the expression pedal which is the very obvious weak point of the whole pedal, it's flimsy, thin, small, bouncy, which makes it hard to get volume to 100, as it rebounds to 90. They do let you calibrate it and program it to any of the amp or effect parameters so that's a plus. Also the LCD screen can be hard to see at times but that is what it is at this price. So to sum up, if you are looking for tons of tones in an easy to use package, a beginner guitarist looking to find their sound on a budget, or looking for portability for outside playing and travel, this pedal should be at the top of your list. It looks like they are adding amps and effects with each update. I bought it on a whim and was blown away.

Lots of fun
Don't expect this to be a game changer and replace all your amps. It's a budget multi effect unit and it's a ton of fun for what it is. The rechargeable battery is amazing! So good not having to plug it in all the time. The user interface is decently easy to use and the screen is great, but the order of knob twists and pushes is a little confusing. Don't expect on the fly adjustments, there are a lot of them. I like that the foot pedal can be programmed to control any setting but I am still figuring some of that out. There is a global eq which is cool. I am kind of bummed that the headphone out is a 3.5mm instead of 1/4" but it makes sense that it's made for beginners. I plan on bringing this to my rock and metal band practices. Gigs? Guess we'll see if it holds up.

Great first or replacement multi effects processor
This is a fun pedal to play with, with so many options. For the price, what you get is un matched in my book. The rechargeable battery is amazing, I jammed with my buddy for 3-4 hours and barely used 50% of battery life. The option to update and load your own IRs is solid and previously only available on the higher end units. The amp Sims are solid. Just play with settings until you find the sweet spot and it will never fail you. The delay types work as they should and sound great. The distortions/overdrives included are so close to their big brand counter parts, having the metal zone back in my grasp is awesome. The choices of tubes as well as mic placement is also a great addition usually reserved for higher end units. There are a good amount of reverb and chorus options that sound clean, and the noise gates work effortlessly.Honestly I bought this because my Line 6 Floor Pod Plus died on me, and I am not mad at all. This is a great, affordable replacement. I will say I'm still figuring out the expression and wah choices. I feel like so far, i am not finding the sweet spot for the Wah/expression options. But it is probably just user error, as there really arent too many videos on the use of that function. But all in all this is an amazing work horse and can get you to the sounds you want and strive for, with ease.

This effects unit is awesome!
Considering the$$ I paid for this, it has a lot of functioning presets that I really like. I've only just received it about 5 hrs ago with a 60% battery charge and after charging it to 100% I played on it for at least 2hrs. I did not read any of the instructions that came with it, I just started experimenting with it and easily figured out two different ways to go through all the presets, how to adjust all the settings in each preset, how to enable drum rhythm and adjust all the different drums, beats and tempos. Then I figured out how to use the looper, start record and end, dub over and clear it. I did a short track of myself playing lead over my own rhythm with the drum track changing after each bar, it's really cool! So, now it's probably time to get out the instructions to know which software I need to load for firmware updates, download other presets...etc. So far this has a lot of effects that I would expect on higher priced pedals. I almost went for some cheaper and more costly, am very satisfied with this ge150 pro. I looked at and compared features of many including Donner 2000, Flamma FX100, Zoom G1X Four, Boss GT-1, Asmuse MG-100, Sonicake Matribox, Mooer GE100. I believe this is a perfect effects pedal for me. It's loaded with a lot of great sounding effects that can be fine tuned to my desire and I haven't found anything that sounds cheesy or cheap. The build is all metal including the pedal, it is strong and functional, not cheap plastic like some others. I'll shoot an updated review later once I've plugged it into a PC and played with the software...etc. Update:12/25 VERY NICE EFFECTS and FUNCTIONAL for home, jams or small live venues is my take on this unit so far! This unit does a very great job with looping with the drums and dubbing in lead parts over rhythm and then I transferred it to my phone as a ringtone! All the parameters are so easy to edit and save. This is one truly amazing effects unit...I haven't any complaints!

Good tool
The amount of sounds amps and just overall goodness available at this price point is just outrageous The presets which are notoriously bad from the factory are pretty good actually I’m still trying to figure it out and for those of you that don’t need no stinking instructions. I would advise you to hook it up the way it has to be hooked up whether it’s through a PA power cabinet or amp. Makes a huge difference when I run it through the pa with hard LR pan. The factory IR’S are excellentJune 26th 2025 update: i’m glad I didn’t pay really too much for it as it turns out every preset has some type of top and high fizzy sound that I just cannot dial out no matter what I turn on or turn off it’s like an artifact that they put in to emulate the air coming out of speakers not sure what it is, but it’s literally in every preset and it’s a high mid frequency that just will not disappear. I’m gonna give it away and buy something that I should’ve paid more money for in the first place the end of the day it is true you do get what you pay for, but I was initially impressed.

Beaucoup pour peu de $$$.
Excellent produit.

It's great
This device is actually really fun but it reveals a few caveats when using it over a long period. The first thing is that it's essentially a pedal board in a box, with a bunch of amp and cab sims to boot. On the surface, it's a great value and worth getting.Where it excels:You can just pick a preset and plug headphones directly into the device, so you don't even need an amp. What that means is that without much thinking you can just start playing. You can also add it to your existing recording setup or signal chain to add supplemental effects (just setup presets with the effects/sims that you want). You can customize the signal chains (the effects) with the knobs on the device or an app. Very impressive for the price. There are tons of features, but the 50 preset tones offer a wide variety of styles to match your mood.Where it slightly falters:The first thing is that you would ironically benefit from already having a pedal board in order to understand how to manage the effects. So there's a chicken and the egg obstacle for some players. Some might be stuck using the presets since they don't know what a BOSS Slow Gear pedal does; let alone what the simulated version does and how to tone shape it.The second thing is that the pedals themselves primarily select presets, and preset banks. That's a really cool feature. But from my understanding, there's no way to assign the signal chain to pedals when using a preset. So changing things with the knobs or apps is less responsive then activating a pedal or turning a knob on a board. The solution to the above problem is to make a preset, then make another preset with the changes (such as distortion off on preset 1, and dist on in preset 2). Then use the pedals to switch between them in the middle of a song / between songs. Totally doable. But it's more prep than just activating or de-activating an effect pedal on a board. The third thing is the looper. In order to activate the looper, you have to hold two pedals down at once, which would generally be easier having shoes on to do. So getting in and out of the looper is slightly ungainly. When in the looper, if you hit the other pedals you can activate a drum machine; which could ruin your whole song / recording. For light use, it's fine. However, you'd probably want a dedicated looper pedal in the signal chain. The final thing is that while the app solves the problem, if you leave it on the floor and choose not to use the app, you'll be reaching down to the floor to use knobs to cycle through effects in a preset. You'll need to do that to change them to shape your tones as well. But again, the app solves that problem. Conclusion:For the right scenario, it's a ton of hardware and inspiration for the price. The existing 50 presets offer a wide-range of musical styles. It's fun to just go through them all and change musical styles to fit the preset's tones/effects.Keep in mind that one pedal can easily be $150+, and micro pedals can be $30+; so the grabbing this first before making a dedicated pedal board to help decide what your sound is going to be could save you thousands of dollars.Or you could just leave this in the corner with a guitar and a set of headphones and jam when the inspiration hits you.

Buena pedalera
