Had this a few years and its great for back pain. You know when the batteries are low though as you need to turn up the sensitivity more, but apart from that great little machine. Would recommend.

Does the job. I've used this 6 times on my ankle for a ligament injury and seems to be helping with the swelling and the pain. Has lots of functions which is great. The gel pads are past half their life after 6 uses and I doubt it will last for 20 as described and they're not cheap to replace. But if it works, it's cheaper than paying a clinic to have this done. The heat function is also great. Happy I went for the more expensive model for this. One complaint is that sometimes the pulses cut off even though the device is still showing as working. Seems to happen if my EMS ended and I want to start a Massage. unplugging and re-plugging the pads seems to do the trick but if it continues to do this might have to warranty it.

I've had this TENS unit for nearly a year now and it is a life saver! I mostly use it for period pain but I've used it for lower back and knee pain too and while it doesn't completely stop the pain it helps alot! I injured my back a few weeks ago and was almost unable to walk without this. It's easy to use, albeit there's so many programs that it's hard to remember which is which unless you use the manual, but the diagram on the screen of which body part each program is for is helpful. I really like the heat function, I feel it isn't as effective without it so I'd definitely spend the extra money for this version. The battery life is good although it does need recharging after 4-5 uses depending on which program you're using, so bear that in mind if you have chronic pain, but it charges fairly quickly so I wouldn't say it's too much of a problem. It's also usable on the go and you can wear it under your clothes and attach the controller part to a waist band or belt, but it is visible and the wires can get in the way a bit. Would recommend!

The perfect choice for pain therapy or muscle stimulation! The optional heat function also means it is suitable for relaxation and massage that helps as well. Easy to use and target on/to the right spot. I used TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) prog. 3 to help reduce pain and increase circulation on my basketball knee. ( 1x 30 min . session with 2 channels) 2 times a day for 3 days and my knee was like new, no pain and no issues when walking. Great tool!

Very good value compared to others on the market. Huge range of options for TENS and EMS which is what attracted me to this one. Easy to use and simple guidance in the book. Advanced options seem very complex but I haven't needed these. Belt clip is a bit of a waste of time as the cables are quite long and need to be bundled up in a pocket or lie beside you. I ended up wrapping them with an elastic band. Sticky pads are a consumable and need to be kept clean. If they get dusty they soon lose their sticky. Get them stuck together and you'll struggle to separate them! Regardless, pads will only last a while before the won't stick so bear this in mind - you need a supply if this is a regular use for you. I've been using it 2/3 times a week and the pads have lasted about 3 months. Can get replacements elsewhere on Amazon at very reasonable prices. Battery life seems very good - still on the originals 3 months in. If you need or are considering a TENS / EMS machine, this is an excellent option.

This is a good product that works very well - plenty of different options of programs and the wires and pads are robust. However, the device connection to the wires is oddly stiff AND comes loose easily. This means you can't use it attached to a belt because it comes loose and the device stops working. Restarting it means going through the steps of programming it again and when you do, it beeps every time you press a button so that gets old quickly.

OK so I own a TENS machine that cost me under £40 works perfect and you can put it in you pocket and walk about and control your pain, this product however is just to be honest a joke, Firstly I bought it for the heat pad settings , well I never actually got any program to even work with the heat pads actually heating up, next disappointing was the up and down arrow buttons are a joke to as they don't function properly, I'm pressing them and nothing is happening so many times it's just useless and very frustrating, another point to make is the type C connecting for the channels the connection part of the lead is beerly able to stay in as its wobbling about and sticks out and that's not good and the whole layout and design of the product for me is terrible, for over £100 are you having a laugh it's well over priced, the manual I'd also terrible, tinny print no real good layout to explain how to use all the programs its just a complete disappointing I'm now returning it ,people just buy this model here the Med-Fit 3 Digital Dual Channel I've been using this device for years now as I had the original model so I know which I bought back in 2012 then I upgraded to the newer version in 2024 and that device is perfect for lower spine pain and is simpler to understand and costs a fraction of the cost of this at £36 today's price Feb 2026 just do your homework

Works great. I would recommend. Tens only offer pain free time for half a day though. Good for people with nerve pain. EMS works fine. Massage was slightly painful in higher intensities. You need to keep ice over the area after EMS or massage to recover and remove skin soreness for the next usage.

Ayant un gros problème aux lombaires, j'ai cherché un appareil pour me soulager et surtout efficace. Alors on connais le tapis chauffant qui soulage et détend nos muscles lombaires, mais je voulais quelque chose qui me soulage plus efficacement dans la durée. Pour tout ceux qui ont connu le kiné, il utilise un gros appareil qui nous envoie un courant électrique modulé qui nous soulage et nous fait un bien fou. Mais faut aller chez le kiné. On ne peut pas y aller tout le temps. J'ai trouvé cet appareil le Beurre EM 49 qui fait le même travail sur nous et même plus et cela chez nous, au travail, dans la voiture, partout. Ce truc est génial. Il est livré avec sa notice en Français. Qu'il faut bien lire pour bien comprendre son fonctionnement et surtout bien cibler ses besoins parce qu'il a plusieurs fonctionnalités. Cet électro-stimulateur est Anti douleurs, massant et régénérant musculaire. Une fois qu'on a bien choisi son programme, ça va tout seul. Il est livré avec 3 piles 1.5v AAA Un clip ceinture Les câbles connecteurs 1.5m Un paquet de 8 patchs autocollants L'appareil possède un grand écran très facile à lire et les touches pour choisir son programme, augmenter ou descendre l'intensité des impulsions électriques etc etc. Les patchs sont très efficaces côté adhérence à condition d'avoir au préalable bien nettoyé la surface de la peau, et qu'elle soit bien sèche ce qui augmentera l'efficacité du traitement. Ils sont réutilisables. Au bout d'une bonne 15ene de fois, faut les changer parce qu'ils vont perdre de leur adhérence. Sur Amazon, on en trouve pour les remplacer de la marque Axion ( patchs carré et rectangulaire). Surtout bien positionner les 4 patchs autour de la douleur. Mieux ils seront installés plus ce sera efficace Notice page 47 Bien-sûr on est pas obligé de rester allongé lors de la séance, c'est pour ça qu'il est livré avec un clip ceinture. Une fois le traitement fini, l'appareil s'éteindra tout seul. On peut si nécessaire renouveler l'opération. Je crois qu'il y a un max d'utilisation a ne pas dépasser par jour. Pour changer les patchs (vidéo) ce sont de simples boutons pression. Facile. L'appareil supporte mal des chocs, attention a ne pas le faire tomber. Il est garanti 5 ans, preuve d'une bonne qualité. Je l'adore ! Vraiment un bon produit, je l'utilise pour ma tendinite de De Quervain et mon conjoint pour soulager son nerf sciatique... Ma kinésithérapeute me l'a conseillé. Les patchs adhèrent vraiment bien, je vous conseille d'acheter une boîte de plus avec la commande de l'appareil.
