Not sweet but salty
I was looking for something special for my son who loves dark chocolate. These bars were very expensive; however they had wonderful reviews. When they arrived we test tasted one and found them to be uneatable. We let another son taste them and he returned the bar with only a small portion eaten. He too found them to be awful. They are not sweet, but have a salty taste to them. The bars I am referring to are the almond crunch chocolate. I much prefer Lindt, Godiva, and Belgium dark chocolate, so if that is what you also like I would not recommend the Hu chocolate bars.

Usually I like Hu Chocolate, but these 12 bars clearly were not fresh.

The best chocolate I have ever had in my life
I’ve lived in a lot of places in the world, and I’ve always been a chocolate fanatic ever since I could walk so I’ve been lucky because I’ve had the opportunity to sample different chocolates from all over the world, including Switzerland. This is, simply put, the best chocolate I’ve ever had. It tastes clean. I don’t know how else to describe it, but the combination of bitter and sweet and salty is perfect. It is quite possibly the healthiest chocolate ever made in modern times. I just can’t say enough positive things about this chocolate and the variations in flavors are absolutely sublime. It is wonderful to have this available to us because the combination of ingredients is perfect. Hu chocolate company has really nailed it, and if I were their competition, I would be really worried.

Really Salty
Received these as a birthday gift. The Almond Crunch Bars tasted like a chocolate salt lick. Looking at the price it is obscene how much they cost especially without the slave free label. Never again.
