Awesome product. Great for building finger strength, forearm and wrist stability. They are very easy to use and "must have" exerciser tool kits if you want to build strong grip power.

This works very well. The set of 3 allows me to isolate each finger and change from one resistance to two higher resistances. It’s helping me strengthen my fingers after a tough hand surgery. Simple but effective. I definitely recommend it.

Easy to use but definitely works your hands. I like that there are four different tensions to work with. You can move up or down depending on how your hand(s) feel. Also, they come with a handy drawstring bag for easy, contained, and convenient storage.

I like that you can build up from easy resistance to hard. However, I found the easiest one even too hard to work and keep in place in my palm. Especially my pinky doesn't reach the top of the button. I've gotten good use of them for the other 3 fingers though. I thought it was fairly priced. Trying to get my hand stronger after wrist fracture.
