Great sleep
This melatonin really works, it is the best one I have found, I will keep buying this, very impressed how good it works

As Expected.
Work very well but these seem to be stronger than others rated at the same strength (10mg). I find that cutting them in half gives me a good sleep cycle. Taking the whole pill leaves me with a hangover. I have to think that these are accurately described and other melatonin tablets are just under strength. Also, they work all night. Other melatonin I've taken (even those described as slow release) leave me awake half way through the night.

For me, this works better than others I've tried.
The first Melatonin supplement I've tried that actually worked for me. Everyone has different results with different supplements, but this one worked best for me. It seems to be partially instant release, and partially timed release? I am not sure if that is true, but that is how it seems to work for me.

Great tasting
These tablets are easy to take, and I like the time-release formula. The bottle offers a good value with plenty of servings, and the quality is what I’ve come to expect from this brand.

Works well through the night
I use these when I want to sleep through the night. However, if I need to get up in the morning and be ready to go, I stay away from them. Some residual sleepiness can occur to me.
