Accidentally Became My Cat's Therapist
So I bought the Elasound 132G Voice Activated Recorder because I had big plans recording work meetings, capturing brilliant lecture notes, and maybe starting that podcast where I read grocery store receipts dramatically. You know, normal stuff. First of all, this thing has 132G of storage. That’s 9800 hours of recording. I did the math that’s over 400 days of straight talking. I could record a year long argument and still have room for my internal monologue about why I shouldn't have eaten that gas station sushi. It’s voice activated, which sounds cool until you realize it’s always listening. I left it on my desk and forgot about it... for a week. When I checked, it had only recorded three actual work conversations and approximately 80 hours of me yelling “WHY IS THE PRINTER JAMMED AGAIN?!” and my cat meowing for snacks. Spoiler alert: the AI noise reduction did nothing to block out Bravehearts emotional baggage. Speaking of noise reduction, it claims to use “AI Intelligent Triple Noise Reduction.” I don’t know what that means, but it sounds like something a villain in a sci fi movie would yell before vaporizing a city. Still, it did cut down on background chatter just not feline protests or the sound of me crunching chips like a backhoe. Portability wise, it's small enough to lose immediately. I dropped it once and it disappeared into my bag like a sock in a dryer. I later found it under my car seat, where it had captured a detailed audio drama of me singing badly to 90s hits and yelling at traffic. Battery life? Amazing. It runs for 100 hours straight, which is more energy than I’ve had since 2014. I kept forgetting to charge it because it just wouldn’t die. Honestly, I think it might be solar powered. Or magic. Only downside: no screen lock. It started recording in my pocket and caught a 47-minute conversation with my jeans about lint and existential dread. In conclusion, this recorder is reliable, stealthy, and possibly plotting to write my autobiography. Whether you're a student, journalist, or just someone who talks to themselves a lot (hi), it’s perfect. Just be prepared this little gadget never forgets. It's absolutely amazing for concerts!! I took it with me to Welcome To Rockville and got soooo many recordings now so memories to last FOREVER!!

Reliable, Discreet, and Incredibly long lasting
This voice recorder has exceeded my expectations in every way. I use it primarily for recording lectures and occasional interviews, and it has proven to be an incredibly dependable tool.Battery Life & Storage: The battery life and storage capacity are truly impressive. With 9800 hours of recording time and 132GB of space, I can record for days without needing to recharge or transfer files. It’s ideal for long-term use without constant maintenance.Voice Activation: The voice-activated mode works flawlessly. It only records when it detects sound, which saves storage and makes it much easier to review the recordings later. It’s responsive even in slightly noisy environments and does a great job filtering out irrelevant noise.Audio Quality: The sound quality is excellent—clear and sharp, even when placed at a distance from the speaker. It captures voices accurately without distortion, which makes playback easy to understand and transcribe.Design: The recorder is compact, lightweight, and discreet. It fits easily in a pocket or can be placed on a desk without drawing attention. The build feels solid, and the controls are intuitive, even for someone not tech-savvy.Ease of Use: Transferring files to my computer is simple and fast. The recordings are saved in standard formats, so there’s no need for special software to listen or edit them.Overall, this recorder is a fantastic blend of performance, convenience, and durability. Whether you need it for school, work, or personal use, it’s a solid investment that delivers exactly what it promises

Great for everyday use
This voice recorder definitely comes in handy and it's smaller and more portable than the devices that we used to use back in the day, with the added benefit of not needing to purchase anything extra to be able to use it.With 2,000 hours of available recording time, this little bugger stores quite a bit of information, perfect for the college student that wants to record all of your professor's lectures for a semester or the business professional that wants to keep minutes for a work meeting. The device will even work well for those wanting to do a little spying and/or recording of phone conversations. (Due to it's size and an internal magnet, it can be attached to something metal and small enough to be inconspicuous.)Using the device is relatively simple as well: You charge the device and then slide the button to the "on" mode. That's (mostly) it! Charging the device is simple, as it uses a USB connection, meaning it's rechargeable/doesn't require batteries, which is another plus; and you can achieve a full charge in a couple of hours. For playback, you have the option of downloading the recorded wav files to a computer or you can also listen to them on the included headset. (You can also delete files using your computer and/or headset, too.) This recorder also has a "reset" button, which can be activated by using a paper clip. When you initially set up the device on a computer, you set the device to how you want to use it (more on that in a minute). You can also set a date and time stamp.Probably the that makes this device stand out is the option to set it to activate when it hears a sound, (cutting down on "dead air" space) or you can set it to record continuously. Either way, your recording will come out clear and the volume on the headphones can be adjusted to reflect how loud or soft the recording is.Not that many people would likely use this feature, since most of us likely have cellphones; but, the booklet also mentions the ability to use this device as an MP3 player. That might come in handy if you don't have/want to use your phone or as a much less expensive alternative, especially for little kids to use. (The metal case looks like it could take a bit of abuse.)Overall, this is a solid investment. It's small and portable (see pics), it comes with headphones, adapters, charging cable, and a carry case. (Basically everything that you need to be able to use the device...minus a computer if you choose to store your info that way.) It's also magnetic, so you can (covertly or otherwise) stick wherever there's metal. In addition to this being handy, the option to be able to utilize the device in "voice activated" mode is a game changer! Try it today!
