Great product been taking it for a few years now, so I order on a regular basis for myself my husband and my Son I have also recommended it to friends. Small pills easy to swallow, reduces the amount and severity of colds

Not gel - tablet form
Have purchased Vit D from this company for a while and happy that it allows both of us to takes for 6 months. They are of good quality and tasteless. Was disappointed to find that they were not gel. as previously , as I find them much easier to take and do not leave any residue in the mouth. . Other than that would recommend.
