No noticeable improvement
No improvement noticed after a few weeks of use. Started with the brown one. Maybe the other one will fare better. Taste change is welcome, but not the primary idea to use. Can't say about other health claims, so will add a star to make it 3.

Hasnt helped with sensitivity. I guess you have to brush and NOT rinse after for it to patch the enamel temporarily. Wouldve liked it anyway if it wasnt as spicy.
