I thought I'd give this a go as I was sick of reapplying plasters as I break in my Dr Marten sandals. The plasters kept peeling off and it was hard to find a way to put one on my toe without it looking silly. I put this on the problem areas this morning, said a prayer and set off to work. I am on my feet all day and walk a lot and am amazed that it actually works. No pain where I had previously had it and my sandals felt comfortable. On my walk home I started to feel that the balm was wearing off so would have had to re-apply it had I needed to. I experienced a pain free, rub free day from 7:30am to 4:30pm from one little application. I will order another to have one for my bag and one for at home. I really didn't have high expectations but it really is brilliant.

These are wonderful! My sister put me on to these a couple.of years ago. I use these frequently, if not daily to prevent blisters (I have an arthritic toe that doesn't do as it should). I love walking and this makes my life easier. However, I only put 4 stars because I waste the bottom of each compede stick. If I could work out how to put all the ends together I would save myself a lot of money!

This company is my go to for blister plasters. They are expensive but when something works it's a no brainer. The same can be said for this as well. This little stick can be rubbed onto sensitive areas of your foot like the side of toes or all over the heals to create a barrier of protection, so you can wear those new trainers/shoes and not get a blister! It works like those Prittstick glue tubes, rolling the tube upwards from the bottom to give you more. It's abit tacky on the heal, but socks aren't stuck to it and there's no residue left on the sock to worry about. It also lasts along time as you can use just the amount you want to cover the area you want, you can smother the whole heal if you want. As you can see I was running out of my first tube so purchased my second. Not wanting to be without. Highly recommend

Used with Danish endurance socks for a 26 mile hike, applied onto base of feet & around toes before walk, changed socks and reapplied at halfway point and no blisters, very happy. Blisters are usually a problem for me but not with this! Unrelated to the item but I should have gotten some arch support too, FYI Great product thank you!

It works OK in areas with a small amount of friction but it doesn't help with any real irritation.

This was a game changer on my long walks. I smother it on my feet before going out and it really helps. I do reapply when changing my socks, but I’ve done a 23 mile walk with just this and blister socks and had no blisters. Super easy to apply.

Really stays stuck , but you need to make absolutely sure the area to be “Compeeded” is good and dry. Weird but wonderfully good!

I get so many blisters from shoes or even really red skin from my socks on the backs of my heels. I have this stuff on hand at all times. It really helps when you have something rubbing on your feet. I even works on other parts that are rubbing. I never leave home without this stuff.

J'ai les pieds hyper fragiles et chaque été c'est l'horreur, les brides de chaussures me charcutent la peau, les bordures de chaussures ( mocassins/derbies) même combat. été pour moiu egales compeed ... mais les pensements jusque là... j'ai découvert ce sticker anti ampoule, et c'est juste génial, je m'en badigeonne partout ou je vais avoir un contact avec la chaussure et he n'ai pas eu les pieds abimés de l'été !

Questo prodotto è fantastico: va applicato come un balsamo (è nella forma di stick) sulle parti dl piede che sono più soggette allo sfregamento con la scarpa. Non unge e non è necessario riapplicarlo troppo spesso. Io lo porto tuttavia sempre in borsa d'estate. L'ho consigliato a tutte le mie amiche a mia madre. Non unge la scarpa. Non ha odore. evita che lo sfregamento produca delle vesciche sul piede. In Italia lo si trova anche in farmacia (non in tutte però) e costa meno che qui.

Es muy bueno para los días calurosos de verano o para hacer rutas largas. Si evita que te salgan rozaduras por un tiempo

Maravilloso, al usar zapatos sin calcetín, me quita completamente el dolor si en algún punto comienza a molestar. Lubrica Perfecto!
