These LED bulbs worked great for me as replacements for 50w halogen bulbs in my kitchen. The light quality is quite good - they seem like a slightly "cooler" white than the halogens, but not annoyingly so, and they are actually a little bit brighter than halogen. Given that these use only 5w and remain quite cool to the touch, the slight trade-off in color is worth it to me. Also, these are expected to last a lot longer, which is nice, given how tedious it can be to get up on a ladder and change GU10 bulbs in recessed ceiling fixtures.They also work well on a dimmer, with two caveats. First, although they dim quite a bit, they do not go quite as low as the halogen bulbs did. Second, as the instructions that come with the bulbs explain, you need to have a good quality dimmer. On one of my dimmer circuits, all of these LED bulbs dim nicely, with no flickering. But if I try putting them on a different dimmer, all of them show some flickering when they dim. So clearly the problem is the quality of my dimmers, not the bulbs.In sum, I recommend these, and think they are a good value for the money.

I bought these to replace some I bought a couple years ago. There were sold as dimmable, but they always flashed when dimmed. These don't flash or flicker when dimmed. And they are a warm yellow rather than white light. I'm happy I got them.

these LED bulbs are great, and they provide good ambient lighting. the only downside is that they flicker quite a bit. i am not sure if it is my problem or these bulbs. 9/10.

We decided to unify the light output of all our houses GU10 bulbs and took a chance on these instead of the absurdly priced Phillips brand bulbs.We bought 6 packs (36 bulbs total) and I tested every bulb for operation and light output before starting the project. Based on the reviews I had sort of expected at least 1 bulb to be DOA. Nope! Zero DOA.We have one room with cans that cause the light to hum slightly, but that's not the bulb's fault.They have a wide range of dimming but not quite as far as halogen. The output is clean with a 40 degree spread. The spread was BETTER than we had been getting with the prior halogen bulbs.Will update if we get the widespread outages after 3 months as others reported but at week 1, these are looking like a fantastic product!

This was a Warm temperature would could mean yellow or dim. It was neither. Very bright with a warm, not yellow hue. We replaced the halogen lights as one keep overheating and shutting on and off. LED resolved that issue. Dimming was very smooth but at its lowest setting, there was some inherent flickering, which I think is the limits of LED. But MUCH better than other LEDs I have tried. Extremely happy and will buy more to replace the rest of the fixtures.

These say they are GU10 bulbs MR16- but they do not work in the GU10 fixture! I bought this brand years ago and it worked (to be fair they only lasted 1 year before needing to be replaced). And my original bulbs I bought have GU10 printed on the bulb base, these do not. These bulbs do not work at all. I skipped Amazon all together and found multiple GU10 options at Home Depot that work great.

Overall, I am very pleased with the lighting. It gives my kitchen the look of undermount cabinet subtle pleasant lighting.My stovetop hood/vent has a high/low lighting setting. The high works perfectly, though the low lighting has mild ongoing low voltage flickering from the bulbs. It's not enough flickering to bother me, it may bother certain individuals.I'd much rather have the warm soft lighting opposed to the obnoxious bright white lights.

I bought these to replace the junk LEDs that came in a range hood. I also purchased another brand 6 pack with high reviews for comparison. The Hyper brand was had a similar brightness even though the others were rated at 450lm. These had a better/true color rendering ability. The other lights had a muddy green tint that bothered me. My granite, SS stove top, and all the food just pops with color.This is the 2nd set of Hyper LEDs I've purchased, with which I'm very happy as well. They have been installed in low voltage track lighting for almost a year and see regular use without issue.This will be my go to brand for these type of bulbs.

The closest I've ever seen to halogen. Nice warm 2700K colour temperature. If I had to say they are on the green side of the spectrum, which is welcome when compared to all other GU10 LEDs I've bought that are always closer to pink or blue. Nice and bright too without feeling cold. Great buy. Had them 2 months now and no issues. That said I do not have them on a dimmer so unsure of performance when dimmed, but full power these are winners.
