Fantastic Mop/Vacuum
This is the best money I've ever spent on a mop or vacuum, and I own a Dyson. It's incredibly easy to use, lightweight, self propelled, fantastic suction and great mopping/cleaning result. Yes, you need to empty the dirty water tank. Yes, from time to time you need to use the included brush to clean the unit itself. I'm not clear why this surprised anyone but it's not difficult to do at all. The battery life has been great, I've never had it go before 60%. I love, LOVE, the self cleaning and drying for the mop head when you put it on the charger. Simply put, I love this mop/vacuum. It makes cleaning my 750 square feet of LVT easy and almost fun. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

The most bang for your buck!!
This is the third vacuum mop I have owned. It is by far the best. I am amazed at how well it cleans my hardwood and tile floors. At first I thought, it is putting down too much water, but in reality it takes less than 5 minutes for a mopped area to be totally dry!! It also self cleans and dries the mop roller super fast compared to my last vacuum mop. On auto mode the battery easily lasts 40 minutes, maybe more. Some other items to note, super easy to fill the water, super easy to clean the dirty water tank, it is just better than any prior mop I've used. Highly recommend this vacuum mop and it's less expensive than many other brands!!

Narwal S20 Pro Vacuum and Mop
I did a good bit of research before buying this vacuum mop. I had a shark hydro vac and it was ok/good but I felt like there were better options out there. Now let's talk about cleaning with the Narwal S20 pro it has 5 modes, Smart mode, Suction mode, Turbo mode, Quiet mode and when you pull the trigger MAX mode. The animated screen on the handle will tell you what the machine is doing at all times. When using the Smart cleaning mode it uses ai DirtSense techology and will detect how much dirt is on the floor and proced to clean accordingly. If it detects dirt or high dirt it will reve up the brush, cleaning solution out put and suction. It works amazing well hands down. It has a suction only mode which I haven't had to use yet because it leaves behind very little water on the floor. It has some serious suction at 20,000 Pa. It has a self propelling design with the clean water tank in the base of the unit which gives it a low center of gravity. It can lay flat at 180 degrees to get under furniture like your dining room table. If you come across a very dirty area and the Narwal detects that it's brush has become too dirty it will let you know via talking to you that it needs to be taken back to the base to clean itself. That way your not spreading dirt or bacteria around your floors. When your done cleaning with Narwal S20 pro does a smart cleaning on its self. It will detect how much cleaning it needs and gives you the time it will take to clean. It has heat bar that disinfects the brush which it calls iron drying and it reaches 149 degrees. It also will dry the filter in the dirty tank which is something I was looking for. The dirty tank has a handle to help you left it out to empty and also has a flip part to flip out the solids which is really nice. The manual says the filter in the dirty tank should last 2 to 3 months. The clean cycle is super quiet which is a huge plus. I was able to clean around 1,100 sq ft and the battery was only went down to 42 percent. So far I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

Words cannot describe how much I hate this thing
On paper, this sounds nice. The reviews also make it sound really good. In practice? I've been using it for a while now (few weeks, maybe a month or so?) and honestly, I hate it with every fiber of my being and plan to replace it. There is not a single thing I like about it. Here's the anger-inducing things I've experienced every single time I use this thing: 1. The clean water tank is small, so you need to refill it basically every time you use it. 2. The dirty water tank is extremely small, so you need to dump it every time even for small tasks or to use the self cleaning functionality. 3. Whoever thought it was a good idea to separate the solids from the liquids is now on the top of my list for people I hate. It's bad enough the water tank is small, and then it's made worse by halving it for this stupid solid separation crap which just leads to it filling up faster. I'm dumping this thing in a toilet. The only thing the solid separation stuff does is force me to also get my shower filthy trying to spray the stupid solids out of it because now they're just stuck in there and don't just fall out easily. Anything you can imagine this sucking up is probably wet since it's whole purpose is to mop and vacuum, so imagine the joy of having cereal or cat vomit chunks separated out from the water which means now you need to fight to get them out. Great time. 4. This stupid thing CONSTANTLY thinks that the water tank is full and tells me to dump it. Even when I go and fully take apart the tank and remove the filter and all that and spray them down to remove everything, it still will often thing the tank is full. And because of the size of the tank, when it does work it just fills immediately as mentioned in 3. 5. As far as I can tell, the detergent meter doesn't even work. I have not seen it change at all regardless of if the detergent tank is full or not. 6. It smells. It smells really bad. And, if you miss any "solids" in the stupid solids chamber, guess what? You're gonna have a lot of mold and an even worse smell. You basically need to manually and thoroughly clean the tank with soap every single time you use it for anything. It's such a terrible design that I cannot even begin to fathom what the thought process was with the solid separation crap beyond just sounding nice. If you're dumping this in a sink, that's gross, and you can't really just dump it into a trashcan either, and the solids are always disgusting and caked together, so yeah you're basically going to be hosing this down in a shower or outside which at that point it would have been easier to just use a normal mop and not deal with all of the annoyance after. All in all, I hate this thing, and now I don't have the box and I'm pretty sure I'm beyond the return window, so now it's just going to be collecting dust and wasting space. Nothing about this has been more convenient than just grabbing paper towels and some spray. It literally solves nothing and makes everything so much more annoying to the point that I rather entirely avoid using it for anything it's intended to be used for.

Things I like: It propels forward, so I don't have to push, and it moves fine even on uneven surfaces. Cleans well, especially the mopping. The smart mode tells you if you need to keep cleaning the area. Is very easy to use, not that complicated to understand the instructions. It's not that heavy. Less than most vacuum cleaners. It performed great on hardwood and vinyl and ceramic tile floors. Things I didn't like: Clean water tank and dirty water tanks are pretty small. So to clean my 3 bedroom I have had to empty and refill them 4 or 5 times, it was extra dirty too. Battery didn't last a long time either. Had to charge it twice to cover the whole area. It tries to run away. Since it propels forward, you have to put in some effort to pull it back, not a lot though. Still better than most vacuum cleaners. It cried when I put it on a small rug. Didn't work at all. The roller jammed. Best part is that the roller is cleaned by itself. Love thos functionality. This does that over 20 mins to clean and dry. I think it's a bit on the expensive side, but I do think it's worth the penny. I hate mopping because of the watery state the house is in, and I hate cleaning the mop after. I can't touch the mop after cleaning. This one solves both those issues. Also, I have a dog who enjoys the mud a little too much, so this makes my life easier. I can just run it for 5 mins and all the mud gone.

Amazing machine. I've been wanting a wet/dry vac for a year now, and I had watched many videos on the best to get. This came up as #1 in many YouTube videos. I didn't receive it until after Christmas unfortunately, but I tried it out as soon as it arrived and was amazed! The solution doesn't leave a smell, but it does have a nice smell when you open the bottle. The machine is easy to clean, and I would recommend to rinse everything after every use. It does leave streaks until fully dried, which is not a big deal. When it detects dirt, the machine will change the speed setting of the roller brush to really scrub the floors, especially in spots you wouldn't notice or cannot tell are actually dirty. I would also suggest doing a quick Swiffer dust of the floors before using it just to prolong the life of the vacuum, especially if you have a lot of dog/cat hairs or you shed a lot yourself. I just think this will prolong the life of the vacuum and all of its components. These are just my thoughts :) Maybe I will come back in a year and let you know how it has held up!

I have been doing research for this type of product for sometime and I am glad to have invested in Narwal S20 Pro. This vacuum mop is one of its kind and has many functional features. It vacuums, mops, dispenses detergent, self-cleans, separates solid dirts, dries its mop, etc. This appliance is easy to setup and use. It is light, quiet and moves effortlessly. The only disadvantage is having a built-in battery, however, its battery is long lasting. Most importantly, it cleanses extremely well. I have 2 cats and Narwal S20 Pro manages to capture most of their fur and tracked cat litter. The solid dirt separator makes it easy to clear the solid dirt and fur. Cleaning and assembling the dirty water tank is easy. The vacuum mop dispenses appropriate amount of water for cleaning and the floor dries quickly. See attached photo of how much dirt the S20 Pro manages to clean from the floor (which I had thought it’s not very dirty to begin with)!

The Narwal S20 Pro vacuum mop works great! I've had it for about 5 months. Love how quiet and easy it is to use. But recently, it had trouble standing upright. When it was time to add more clean water, I pulled out the cartridge and noticed springs in the compartment. Now it won't stand on its own at all. I will be contacting either Amazon or Narwal about repairing or replacing the unit. --- update--- I contacted Narwal customer support. The agent was very helpful and easy to talk to. They agreed to send a replacement unit after confirming it was still covered under the one year warranty. The replacement came in a few days. It's now as good as new, cleaning the floors again. If not for the initial defect, I would have given the unit 5 stars. Thank you Narwal!

Bought on feb 10. Stopped working April 24th. Gives me dirty tank error. Changed filter, cleaned the tank. No luck. 2nd day I can’t use vacuum that costed me $700 :( Otherwise when it was working it was one of the best dry/wet vacuum I ever tried.
