I used this machine for a few weeks then went away for 6 months. I drained and unplugged the machine before leaving. When I returned, the machine wouldn't work. It only flashed lights. I contacted the vendor by email and stated what was happing. I had a response within 24 hours with a possible fix. It didn't work and I supplied more info. I was told 3 more things to try. They did not work. I emailed back and the representative, Joy, asked for my shipping address and sent me a brand-new machine! I did not expect this great of service. I whole heartily recommend this vendor. Make sure you keep water in the tank!

I must say I'm quite pleased with this coffee maker. Very easy to use. Excellent water capacity. Easy to clean. It heats the water in seconds, indeed nearly as fast as a good Kuerig. Then drops it to your cup at a respectable 160 degrees in a thin steaming stream'. FYI, that's too hot to sip. The pictured cup is of 14 ounces of Lipton tea. Perfect. Not bitter. From a single tea bag placed inside the brew cup. Wasn't in the mood for coffee this morning, but make no mistake it does the coffee job quite nicely. The display of the coffee maker is crisp and clear hard plastic. The picture doesn't do it justice. The clarity of the display was the first thing i noticed when i turned it on. Functions activated via the touch sensitive, and properly responsive capacitive screen, so no need to press hard to register your touch. You can adjust the strength of your coffee's brew also. The machine doesn't make distracting noise. Just a low hiss as the water heats up. As it dispenses the water there is a low volume buzz. Less loud than my $50 Walmart bought Kuerig which conked out after 3 weeks. So far this one hits all the marks. Fingers crossed on durability. Update on that in six months.

I purchased this coffee maker along with 24 pods and I didn’t even get through 20 pods and now this machine will not brew coffee. The lights turn on, select the size of cup, hit the brew button. Nothing happens. This happened once after about the 10th cup I made but after letting sit for a couple days it started working again. But now nothing, it won’t pump water it won’t do anything!! Maybe I got a bad one because there is pretty good reviews but it’s ridiculous to spend $60 on a coffee maker that can’t even brew one box of pods! I don’t drink coffee that often so of course I miss the return window and there’s no option for product support! What happened to integrity and businesses/manufacture standing behind the product they make/sell… Might as well spend a little more money and be able to at least brew one box of coffee pods…

We have had this coffee machine for a month now. Our keurigg died and we gave this a shot. Does the exact same thing but way less price. I love how compact it is. Still has a good size water tank. It does take a bit for the coffee to come out but same as the keurigg. Would highly recommend

Very easy to use. I like the ability of supplying my own coffee and not solely relying on K cups. Although, the K cups does make it convenient for other items like teas and Chai, but I enjoy using my own coffee instead of the K cup. I really enjoyed that it has a capable water reservoir to use and not having to constantly fill it up. It’s very convenient to have the bold stronger selection for when making coffee and having the different ounces of sizes to use depending on how much of the beverage I want to prepare.

Gifted this to my mother, she loves her ground coffee but also enjoys the ease of popping in a flavored kcup. She has expressed how much she loves her machine. The coffee is always hot - she's big on temp. It has multiple features that are great. We may be buying a second for our household later, minimal cleanup is needed and no leaking.

Wow, I am so impressed with this coffee maker. I will never get a Keurig again! Makes the coffee very fast and comes out hot! Easy to use. Is not an eye sore on the counter. Coffee taste amazing. Just get it!

I love this coffee maker for the looks and for the different options. I didn’t care for the iced coffee option but could’ve been user error.

Initially I loved this machine it was fast it had all the features I wanted it was great, but five months later and it just doesn’t work. It will brew 1or 2 oz and then shut down and you have to unplug it to reset and to get 1 or 2 more oz… then… I ran some vinegar through the machine and presto it is back to brand new! Now I enjoy my favorite coffee at a great price thank you!!!

Love this coffee machine! I can make coffee capsules, grind my own coffee, tea. It’s so versatile and works great. The water doesn’t take forever to heat up like a keurig machine, this machine makes my coffee practically instantly

I actually love the size, shape, style and promised functions. It would not work. Contacted seller and they said check water container is installed correctly. It was. Still no hot water. Unit sounded like it was going to work but nothing. Sadler returned.

It's great for what I need it for, coffee is what you make it, it has other options as well. Great little machine for me.

Petite machine a café qui donne du bon café en moins d une minute. J'ai fait quelques testes pour les Tailles de tasses réglables et ce n est pas parfait mais ce n est qu un petit détail, surtout pour le prix je peux pas me plaindre. Me suis procurer des petits filtres en papier alors pas de petits grains dans le fond de la tasse et c est plus facile pour le nettoyage quotidien.
