Jackery 2000 v2: Another excellent battery from Jackery!
I started buy Jackery batteries in 2013 when I bought their orange mini 2600 mAh lipstick battery for travel. In 2019, I bought the Solar Generator E1000 and then a E1500 a few years later. At this point I run the older batteries with five Solar Saga 100 Watt panels. They came in super handy during fire season black-outs. I was able to keep necessary appliances running. This year, I decided to add the 2000v2 to my collection. We haven’t had a blackout for several years now, it still good to have them just in case. With gas prices going through the roof lately, and switching to a TOU plan with our energy utility, I started using the batteries to power all our tech devices (internet gateway, security camera hub, and chargers for phones, iPads, computer and wearables) all day long. I am very impressed how long the 2000 holds a charge especially during the day when it’s connected to the 200 watt Jackery solar panels. I just need to recharge 30 minutes or less at night. I wish my original E1000 and E1500 batteries had the same app connection, but they are still powerful and reliable batteries - just low-tech. The other things I love about Jackery is their EXCELLENT customer support and they are a local Bay Area company. I highly recommend Jackery for home backup and portable camping power!

No Power, No Problem
Sturdy and good quality. A bit heavier than I expected but that's good. Charged up really fast, we charged it to around 85-86 not 100 percent. Yesterday was the first day we didn't have rain so we checked out the solar panel charging ability. Less than 15 min it was up to nearly 90 percent charged. Very fast! Will be checking out plugging in fans and other items to see how much juice they actually use. Want to see energy consumption on running a fan and later will check on running our computer by just plugging in the battery power surge into the generator. The reason we decided to invest in this was we lost power earlier this year twice. Mobile homes get hot fast and we couldn't even run a fan. So I researched a couple and came back to Jackery every time. A couple of U-Tubers I watch are sponsored and helped me see how easy and helpful a solar generator is, by Jackery of course. And then when Amazon Prime Day came around. I spent my budget for this item and feel I got an upgrade in doing so. Hurricane season is upon us and I wanted to be sure we weren't sweating it.

Good product, A+ customer service
First of all, it is hard to find companies that are responsive to customers questions or concerns and not everything is predictable so I appreciated the excellent and prompt customer service responses I received with Jackery. Their California location may be one reason for that. A couple of small ordering and delivery glitches were handled quickly to my satisfaction, and I received delivery about 10 days after placing order. The power station is excellent in its power capacity. It is not light weight, but at slightly under 40 pounds it is still significantly lighter than other brands with similar wattage that are 20 pounds heavier. It has a sturdy pull-up carrying handle, smooth, well designed case. I could use a couple more outlets on it, but it's adequate for my need. It is an adjunct to my gas powered generator that powers the essential areas of my house. Two rooms not covered by my emergency switching panel will be served indoors by this fume free power station which will take care of my internet mesh router during the day and a medical device at night. I waited to post a review until I tested everything and I can say everything worked perfectly out of the box. The power station charged up from 29% to 100% in about 1h 40m. I then drained it down to about 94% running my laptop and charging a few things and took it outside to test the solar panels. Because we were having a run of typical overcast NW days I waited for a partially sunny day to test. I then tested the panels on a day with partial sun, and even with that I immediately got around 30 watts of charging through clouds. A couple days later with full sun, I retested and got 200 watts of charging power, so good to go with that. Choices of AC or solar charging or both together for fastest result. I had read a couple of low reviews so I was cautious to make sure everything worked. I think the problems they had could be prevented by reading the manual and checking connections. The complaint about no adapter for included solar panels can be solved by checking the plug on the cable for the Jackery panels which can fit 2 types of receptacles by simply pulling it apart, in this case to use the straight section of the plug. Compatability with other brands should be checked whether they might be different. Also the cable that connects to the solar panels must be properly inserted or it will not work at all. It may look like it could work either way, but there is a tongue and groove fit that must match facing toward the front of the panel and pushed in all the way. The way I first connected looked good but did not work until I changed it. Then it worked immediately. I was not previously familiar with the Jackery brand, but overall, after this experience, I am very happy with this purchase and would do so again. And with the newer type LiFePO power cells, I expect many years of good usage.

Love it. Well made
Love this set, i like that you can charge right off the solar panels if just wanted to charge a cell or tablet. Panels do have a little weight to them but seem to be made well and durable. My shipment came with a bad cord and vender sent a replacement fast and no problems

The solar panels are awesome. Fast charge with 400 watt when you use both panels.
The Jackery came fully charged. I brewed a pot of coffee which brought the charge to 94%. Coffee pots are power gobblers. I then ran our 34-inch TV for 2 days. Shut off overnight. I then powered a 3-way lamp for about 6 hours to bring the power to 10%. I was interested in the solar charging. Other reviews had some trouble with their panels, so I worried. I shouldn't have. I am very pleased with its charging and speed. I hooked up both panels. The display said it would take 6 hours to charge. The rate was 397 watts, up to 400. The panels have circle and dot to help with angle placement for maximum charging. I did have to realign to keep optimum charging. I believe it would have charge in 6 hours had it not turned partly cloudy. It was done at 8 hours. The portability will make it excellent for camping. But I did get this one because my smaller power units could not handle a coffee pot when a storm killed our power. I like the capacity of this big one. Even though it can charge a phone, this big hog will be used for more substantial energy needs. Its functions simple and easy. I now have 3 of varying capacity. The 290, 500 and 2000. I am ready for fun and mild inconvenience.
