Grounding Mat for Bed, Sleep & Pain Relief, King Size, 15ft Cord

Not sure what it will do in the future but in the 4 nights we've slept on it we've had extremely deep sleep and rose in the morning well rested. Also, I haven't had to pee during the night for the last 2 nights. We have a queen bed and the mat slipped on the new 12" mattress with no adjustment needed. We put it hip to ankle since we sleep in the fetal position some of the night. It was easy to install, and the 15' cord is plenty to reach an outlet. Overall, it is worth the price so far.

Game changing in recovery and grounding. I wanted this since a long time and I would say this is a must have mat if you’re looking to get a good night sleep ✌️

I’d give this a negative star if I could. Initially, helped us fall asleep faster, but not stay asleep, developed extremely bad nightmares, night sweats and new pains the first few nights of use. During the day, dizziness, increased anxiety and one of the worst panic attacks. This is not detoxifying if my sleep is worse and I’m frazzled all day. Then the effects to my cats. My two cats are not aggressive to another especially in my bedroom where we all sleep. They were growling at each other which they never do and didn’t do when that mat wasn’t plugged in. One was stress vomiting all night all over the house. No amount of detoxification is worth this. This definitely upset my cats physically too and they didn’t sleep on it. I do not recommend.

I wish I would've looked at my options and the opinions of others a little closer. After a while, it's very typical that these stop working. And this product does not come with anyway of knowing if this is getting a charge to it. I would absolutely go with a product that has that detector that comes with it for around the same amount of money. Otherwise, it is my opinion that you are wasting your money because you'll never know when it stops. And it's super important that you are getting continuous grounding.

I'm amazed! Got this after a friend told me what a grounding mat was. It arrived right before I had to leave for work so I took it with me. I'm a night shift nurse in the ER and I'm on my feet a ton, pt care, sitting to chart, hustling to critical pts ect ect. I really wanted to try it do I decided to just put it on my chair. I forgot about it really and generally around 11p/midnight my lower back achiness gets more noticeable again and I pop some Tylenol or ibuprofen or both and keep going. I realized later it was almost 2am and I didn't have any back pain! First time in years! I've had 2 back surgeries and a hip replacement, my lower back is almost always a little achy. I've had this msg for just 4 nights and I haven't had any back pain at all! I even worked the past 3 nights! The 2nd night ( or really, the morning when I got home to sleep ) I put the mat vertical on my bed and laid completely on it. I immediately noticed my whole body tingle for a few seconds. I read later some experience this so I was wow'd again! Then I slept SO well! I generally wake at least 3x a night and that's with taking a prescription sleeping aid. I woke up feeling rested and super relaxed and my mood lasted through my whole shift 🙂 Night 3 I didn't sleep well at all but I think I had too much caffeine at work. Still feeling mellow though. This is now night 4, I'm off work, and look forward to sleeping and seeing how I do. I still haven't had any back pain! I'm so happy I got this mat! I'm buying another one to take with me everywhere! 😆

I didn't want to believe something like this could help but, it seems to be. We use ours at the foot of our bed while the one we hit for our adult daughter uses her on her side of bed do she gets full body benefit. Husband and I are sleeping more soundly and are more rested. All I can say is try it and see if you notice a difference.

This mat was very easy to set up on the bed. It fit great on our king size mattress. We have been using it for more than a month and it still looks and feels like the day it came out of the packaging. Very durable with Simone like me that crosses and turns a lot during the nights My shoulder and hip pain has diminished and has provided a much deeper sleep level every night. I feel more rested in the mornings. I have suggested this product to several family members that are now telling me about the success they are feeling with the use of the grounding mat.

It really, really works. It has helped me a lot with my inflammation and, I'm able to move better ☺️

I really wasn't sure about this as theres a lot of hype re these products but I truly believe this has helped me get a better sleep... Now, mind you, theres some nights if things are bothering me not much will help but on a whole, I do beleive I am having a more quality sleep using this.

I dont feel that this works at all. I felt no difference in my sleep or aches and pains. I'd say this does not hold up for me.

No he podido probarlo Compré el producto pero en ningún lugar dice que se necesitaba el adaptador de tierra. Lo tuve que comprar después porque no lo mencionaba en ningún lado.
