It does squeeze rather tightly so I leave them a little loose. It comes with a pair of separate extenders for the leg parts, to make them bigger. It is pleasant to have the massage on with the heat, it will make the feet toasty in no time. But it doesn't get overly hot, even on high.It comes with a little bag, and it will fold up small. It's just a lot of rubber hose to deal with.
