Is there gelatin in the nougats?

Based on the ingredients on the package there is not any gelatin in the candy. Corn Syrup, Sugar, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Salt, Peppermint Oil, Modified Food Starch (Corn), Soy Protein, Egg Whites, Yellow 5, Blue 1, Red 40, Yellow 6, Red 3.

First time trying this candy. Really soft, chewy. Pepperminty! I like that it's chewy, but it doesn't stick to my teeth. Small bag for the price, but it's great candy and will buy more for the holidays to share. Mine came fresh and delivered on time.
