If you are peri-menopausal and/or neurodivergent, buy this.
This vibration plate is well worth the money. General Information - It is a flat-surface machine and the surface is large enough to position your feet multiple ways. There are multiple power levels, 1-5, and the option to set the power level manually, and magnetic balls in various places that will help stimulate your feet. I use mine on carpet with no issue. It's substantial enough that it holds a generous amount of weight, but the machine itself is not bulky or hard to move around. As far as performance and how the plate worked for me, I'm going to speak to the peri-menopause and neurodivergent crowds and give insight on the benefits of the vibration plate according to these two areas. I purchased this machine specifically to help with my nervous system. What I am getting out of it is far beyond that. I use it every single day at least twice a day. It gently wakes me up in the morning and helps me with winding down in the evening. From a neurodivergent standpoint, I hold tension I'm not even aware of. I fully believe that I constrict my own fascia because I hold and metabolize tension and energy. I didn't even realize how much I was holding until I started using this plate. A few notes on being neurodivergent and using this: - First, when you use this plate to wind down your nervous system at night, it's best to use the lower power level settings, specifically 1-3. - Second, at night, try to use it for 30 minutes. You can stand on it, sit on it, or sit on the floor and rest your legs on it (or all three). The machine runs in 15 minute sessions, so you will have to start it over for each block of time you use it. - Third, you should try to take a break in the middle of the day for at least 10 minutes and use this plate as a mini vacation. Just a break for your mind to think of nothing but being in your body, thinking of anything wonderful. Trust :) - Fourth, you can health habit stack if you enjoy red light therapy, have (or are looking to getting) a red light panel on a stand. I have the standard $60-$80 panel red light panel also from Amazon and at least three times a week I position the panel on the stand to hover over my vibration plate so that its about four inches from my scalp. The red light sessions at least three times a week, for 30 minutes, and taking an oral Taurine supplement (also purchased on Amazon) have helped my hair grow back. Ok, notes as a peri-menopausal woman: - First, the nervous system regulation mentioned above. All of it applies here too. - Second, my sleep is infinitely better. - Third, the restless leg pains in the front of my calves is gone. I have to use it at night to "shake out" the excess energy, works every time. - Fourth, I use this when I wake up. It helps stretch out the front part of my legs (my shins??). For all of you that wake up feeling like a crackly sack of bones, it's not permanent - it's literally caused by the peri-menopause. Sometimes I feel like the front of my legs / shins are so tight and achey that I can't walk far without rubbing them. I always feel this way if I haven't used the vibration plate. - This also helps SO MUCH with lymphatic drainage. Support those pathways by researching how to help open them and drink hot tea that supports your liver. When I'm using this for lymphatic drainage or waking up in the morning, I set the power level to 4 or 5. I can *feel the itching* as it's stimulating stagnant fluid. So satisfying, iykyk. I don't track my weight, but I will say that this is helping me with being more energetic and having more endurance in my muscles overall. I noticed many of these improvements immediately. Hope this helps!!

SOME of what I heard is true
5+ stars from me I was VERY hesitant to get this because I saw too much hype about the machines online & thought it was too good to be true. Some of the claims I've heard still seem bogus but, for me, this has been a great buy. PROS + Doesn't take a lot of space to use or store. I keep mine next to my home "work station" in my bedroom and it slides underneath easily. + It's not too heavy for me to easily move. + It's not loud at all. I live in an apartment and have used mine at all hours of the night and morning when I can't sleep. The remote click is louder than the machine! + I like being able to change the intensity at each level by increments. I thought I wanted something with tri-planar movement, but I actually think that might be too much for my body (at 63). + It reaches a frequency of 12.5 Hz (I've read in several places where between 10 and 30 is enough for reaching good benefits). That is good enough for me because, again, I don't think I would like anything more intense. I can only comfortably do the highest intensity for about 3 or 4 minutes before I have to level down. + I love having a timer on the remote because I can set it and hop and either do a bit of stretching or just listen to music and let the machine power down. + The Pause feature is wonderful. It powers the machine down quickly so I can answer the door or grab a phone call, then get back to my workout. + It is the best kind of vigorous movement for someone who is older and doesn't want to strain their joints. (There are warnings for certain people, so pay attention to those.) + In the 10 days that I have used my machine (for as little as 10 minutes a day and no more than 15 a day), my legs are feeling better which might have to do with my improved circulation; I feel as is my overall balance and walking gait is improving; and my mood improves when I use the machine. CONS: - I am not crazy about the attachable bands. For me, they don't have as much tension as they would for someone taller than my 5'5" self. I also find the hard to unhook from the machine. As for claims about weight loss, that might be in the long run (with more dietary changes), but I am not depending on this machine alone for that. I don't believe the cellulite loss claims & don't even care about that. For me, this is a good way to increase overall daily body movement. The first couple of days, I didn't notice much but, the next couple of three days after that, my legs and thighs felt really itchy for a few minutes. I heard that is because the vibration might be releasing histamines (?) or improving circulation. It doesn't happen much anymore - or isn't as intense or long-lasting. Because I already have some balance issues, I am not able to do fancy stretches while on the machine (I sometimes use the desk to brace myself while just standing on it!), but I can use my circular bands sometimes to do some arm exercises. My next goal is to do some planks. After having this & using it regularly for a couple of weeks, I thought about getting one of the more popular ones I hear so much about. After doing some comparing, I decided that this is just the one I need.
A**.
Works for me just need to be a bit more stronger like the right side.
Due to certain medical (Lymphedema ) this vibration plate has been very helpful. Although, I purchased it a while ago and just getting to using it. You know it's doing its job when your legs begin to tingle and give that itch feeling (letting you know it's doing it job moving the lymphatic fluid as it should be moving anyway). No pain is involved, the weight compacity is as stated. Unfortunately, one side of the plate (right side) is stronger than the other (left). I sit and use the plate as it works better for me that way. This is a great machine just need to be stronger vibration all over.

Great, until it wasn't...
Worked great for 11mo! Then, started stalling and not vibrating much; also had a melted plastic smell. Obviously, past the return window. Sad, because I did really like it. Will definitely be buying another vibration plate... but not this one.
