Review: For size measure from the top of your hipbone, panty line and not your waist for better fit. - I'm M&S size 12 in trousers but I had to order a large. Med just was to tight especially in the afternoon after a meal. When measuring yourself go just below the waist, more top of hips, pants line to. Very pleased with it now I've got the right size.
Review: Sizing is small - Does not fit , ordered the size according to your size chart . To small , now I am told this is a no return item, not even offered money back or a replacement item Very disappointed.

A: I found mine to be supportive when I was struggling with shoulder pain. Had no problems with it being under my uniform but it would be noticeable under some clothing as it has padding on the straps for comfort. Hope that helps x
