The chair came with casters that had brakes which turned off when the chair was being sat on and then on as soon as I stood up. This meant that when I had finished using it and went to push it back under the desk or move it anywhere, I couldn't as the brakes were on. Extremely frustrating. At first I though there was thread caught in the wheels but then learnt about the braking system. Why the chair does this is quite beyond me. Anyway the chair now glides easily all the time.
