A very reliable piece of equipment, this treadmill is easy to operate and store away (I have very limited space). Been using this treadmill for a couple of weeks already, and I find it relatively quiet and very convenient with its distance/calorie meter and tablet stand. I use the app that comes with it, which makes me look forward to working out more as its not boring and I can choose different types of workouts. Almost every movie session now is combined with walking/running and I couldn't be happier. This treadmill is not wobbly, nor is the handle - just make sure to tighten it properly before use. Overall extremely happy with purchase and will buy from this brand again!

The treadmill itself is good, but it arrived with a broken power plug, the metal part was damaged. When I contacted customer service they first said they would send a replacement power plug, but later told me I had to request a replacement for the whole treadmill and amazon only offers a refund not a replacement. I had to buy a new plug myself to make it work. Very disappointed I shouldn’t have received it this way in the first place. The sound is definitely not quite whispering , there is no built in speaker and no built in usb port Update: After my review, customer service reached out, offered a partial refund as a gesture of customer care, and mentioned they will update the listing. I appreciate how responsive and professional they were. Because of their great service, I’m updating my rating to 5/5, as I truly value how they handled the situation.

Reached with several errors and didn't work

I love treadmill easy to assemble by urself great to move around with . And im so happy to have it in hand at home whenever ud like to run or walk u jst turn it on no need for the hustle of getting in car looking gd to hit the gym. U can be as messy as ud like having it around at home very convenient. One more thing there’s a barcode to scan once u receive ur treadmill and within the app u have workouts sessions and etc its amazing tracking ur calories and ur goals

It is really a nice product! A lady can assemble it easily. The equipment takes pretty little space, friendly for a small indoor place. It well save me from the logistics to gym or exercise outdoor in such hot weather. Highly recommend.
