Good blades giving a comfortable shave.
I have been using the original 'Quattro' razor for a number of years now. During that time Wilkinson Sword have updated the blades and, although I can't really discern any real improvement in shave quality with this new design, they successfully do the job required of them. - They give a close and comfortable shave. Accepting that there are many variables involved in choosing a razor, (what blade suits one face may not necessarily suit all), I would still recommend giving the 'Quattro' a try. In this crazy world where a simple razor has become a 'shaving system' and where there are so many competing models on the market - each making ever-more extravagant claims about their shaving quality over the next - I have to ask 'How much more complicated do we want to get?' The basic 'Quattro' offers a four-blade shave at, what today, is a reasonable price. What else do we need?
