Perfect replacement! Size and quality is the same. I would say better quality. Cons: None Pros: - easy to install - great quality - comes in 3 (cheaper than buying 2, so have an extra one) - easy to clean afterwards - holes are just nice to abasorb all the steam and smoke - nicely package and fast delivery!
