If youre on this page looking, just buy it.
Switched to 303 after years with Adam's Polishes and couldn't be happier. I was looking for an interior protectant for a dark plastic/cloth interior on a 2026 Subaru WRX and this nails it. Scent: Very light, almost imperceptible, and disappears quickly. If you're sensitive to strong product scents in an enclosed car interior this is ideal. Finish: Exactly what it claims — matte, OEM satin look. No greasy residue whatsoever. Dark plastic looks clean and factory fresh, not dressed up or shiny. Application: Sprayed onto a grey Rag Company microfiber and wiped in overlapping passes. Incredibly forgiving — no streaking, no uneven spots, no fuss. Bonus: UV protection on every wipe down is a genuine value add for a daily driver. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a no-drama interior protectant that just works.

The most important stuff for the interior of your car.
There are two key products that you must own if you want to take care of the interior of your car. This is #1. The other, if you have leather seats, is Lexol. I have two cars, a 17-year-old Volvo with 210k miles on it and a 22-year-old Volvo with 180k miles on it. One light tan interior, one jet black interior. After all these years, their interiors are _perfect_. No oxidation, no cracks, no scratches, no fading, no discoloration, no stretching, no greasy areas, gummy areas, or worn-through areas. And these two cars aren't garage queens. They've seen the raising of two kids, from birth through their teenage years. They've been to the beaches, to camp sites, sub-zero weather, over-100-degree weather, and everything in between. This stuff just plain _works_. For your vinyl, plastic, and rubber, this is the stuff. For the leather, use the Lexol. I apply both about once a month. I have family members with similarly aged Hondas and Mercedes and their interiors after this amount of time are shot. The vinyl and rubber are tacky and discolored. The plastic is faded. Everything is oxidized. Bits of wear are evident. Not my cars—they look factory fresh. And I credit this stuff for everything but the seats. I believe in it so much that if I'm going to be going out to a situation where I'll have to park for a few days in 100+ degree weather in the sun on a road trip, I'll apply an extra time right before the trip. Not leaving home until I do it. These aren't my first two cars—I'm getting to "late middle age" at this point. I've had Volvos before and I've had other makes as well. What I thought until someone recommended 303 to me is that vinyl and rubber on car interiors just... ages. And cracks. And fades. And gums up. And that's just the way of things. But it isn't. If you keep a relatively fresh application of this stuff on your dash and plastics and console, you'll notice that it just plain doesn't age. It's kind of amazing, and I have thanked the friend that recommended it to me more than once. Now, a word about the competitor—Armor All. Years ago I did have a Volvo 740 that I used Armor All on to try to protect the interior. Two things: - While using Armor All on that car, my dash still cracked in about 10 years, in several places - Also, Armor All creates this gaudy, headache-inducing, greasy shine that you can't get rid of If you follow the directions for 303 and wipe away excess with a soft cloth after a couple minutes, it finishes to a nice low semi-gloss that looks factory, rather than that crazy Armor All shine. And if applied correctly this way, it's also not greasy, and to top it all of, it smells pretty nice, too. I'm raving here, but it's legit how I feel. I believe in this product and I wouldn't be without it. I love driving around in a nice interior, day after day, and 17 or 22 years on, while other people have to drive around with vinyl and plastic cracking and fading around them after just 5 or 6. I love having people ride in my car for the first time and go OMG this is an '07 with 210k miles on it and it looks like this? How in the world are you doing this? I'm doing it by taking care of my cars. I change oil with Mobil 1 every 3,500 miles like clockwork. I do my belts and other fluids on time. I use Lexol once a month to keep my leather seats conditioned. And I use 303 once a month on my plastic, vinyl, and rubber to keep them fresh. Love . this . stuff. The

Great product
**303 Products Automotive Protectant Spray Review** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been using the 303 Products Automotive Protectant Spray for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it works. As someone who cares about keeping my car looking brand new, this product does an excellent job of protecting both the interior and exterior surfaces of my vehicle. **Performance:** The spray goes on easily and dries quickly without leaving any greasy residue. It provides a subtle matte finish that enhances the color and vibrancy of my dashboard, leather, and plastic surfaces, without making them overly shiny or sticky. It also works great on the exterior, providing UV protection to prevent fading and cracking from the sun. **Durability:** I've noticed a significant difference in how long the surfaces stay clean. The 303 Protectant creates a barrier that helps repel dirt and dust, making it easier to maintain a clean interior. I’ve driven my car through a few rainstorms, and the protectant has held up well, not leaving any streaks or residue behind. **Ease of Use:** The spray bottle is easy to handle, and the spray nozzle distributes a fine mist that covers a large area with minimal effort. You don’t need to apply a lot, and it works on a variety of materials, which is a huge plus. **Conclusion:** Overall, the 303 Products Automotive Protectant Spray is an excellent choice for anyone looking to maintain their car’s interior and exterior. It protects surfaces from UV damage, resists dirt, and leaves a fresh, clean appearance. It’s definitely worth the investment for keeping your vehicle looking like new!

Forget What You've Used in the Past, Get 303
Like a lot of people, I was using Armor All on the dash and interior of my vehicles because...well, that's just what you use, right? It was the stuff somebody recommended to me back when I got my first car, and it was always on the shelf wherever I went. It was cheap enough, and as far as I knew, seemed to work pretty well. But I was never too happy with the sticky feeling it left behind, and over time I noticed it seemed to build up a residue, which I figured couldn't be good. So I started doing some research, and quickly found out that 303's products were what many professionals recommended for automotive detailing, so I figured it was worth a shot. After seeing the results on my vehicles, there's no question that this is a superior product. I've included a side-by-side shot where you can immediately see how applying 303 Protectant makes the door panel look darker and more hydrated compared to the faded and dry look of the untreated material. The finish is very natural -- other products leave an unnecessary gloss, which perhaps is what some folks like, but to me always seemed a bit over the top. All of this without leaving the material feeling sticky or causing it to attract dust. Application couldn't be easier: just spray into a microfiber cloth and rub it in. On textured materials it goes on like a breeze, but I've noticed that with smoother surfaces you may get some streaks or an uneven appearance. If that's the case, just keep buffing it with a dry cloth until it evens out. Based on the instructions and what I've seen in the real-world, you'll probably want to reapply every month or so to keep that finished look. Given how little of the product you're actually applying each time, I can imagine this bottle would last years. Note: If you're coming from Armor All like I did, you should really put in the effort to fully remove it before applying the 303 for best results. The good news it that the Armor All residue breaks down easily without any harsh chemicals. I used a detailing brush and went over the dash and door panels with warm soapy water, which I wiped up with a microfiber cloth. Keep doing this until it stops feeling sticky, and you should have all the old product off. From there, once the surface has dried, you'll be ready to apply the 303 Protectant.

One of the Best Detailing Finds of the Year
The 303 Products Automotive Protectant Spray (16oz) has quickly become one of my go-to detailing products in 2025. It does an excellent job cleaning and protecting plastics, even in the tough Arizona heat. I’ve noticed it restores a rich, dark look to faded plastics without leaving behind that greasy, overly shiny finish that some products do. Durability-wise, it’s not a “set it and forget it” solution — don’t expect it to last for months at a time. But if you’re someone who washes or details your car once or twice a month, you’ll be more than satisfied with how it holds up between cleanings. Beyond automotive use, I’ve also had great results using it on general plastic items I refurbish and resell. It refreshes the surface to a near factory finish, making older plastics look new again. Overall, this is one of my favorite detailing finds this year. Great UV protection, easy application, and versatile use make it a product I’d recommend to anyone who cares about keeping their car — or any plastic surfaces — looking their best.

Good value
Great product for protecting and cleaning up vinyl, plastic and rubber products. I use it to maintain my exterior vinyl window shutters. It also works well on the interior plastic in my car. I either spray it right on the surface or on a cloth. Spraying it onto the shutters and then wiping down with a clean dry cloth. It sure does revitalize and enhance the appearance.

Works well on Jeep Gladiator
Used this on all rubber and plastic exterior and interior surfaces on my Jeep Gladiator and it has worked very well. Non greasy, gors in easy and makes the black plastic abd rubber look darker. Hope this will protect well against the sun's rays, but so far so good.

Protección y limpieza como ningún otro
Magnífico producto si evita que se lleve de pelusa el tablero y hace que se vea limpio por muchísimo más tiempo, es caro, pero vale la pena, no queda pegajoso, nada que ver con marcas similares, gran producto

Excellent Rubber and Plastic care.
I'm a big fan of Liqui Moly "Gummi-pflege" but it's a bit gel like in use, though it works well. This 303 Protectant does a similar job, but is more versatile and I think, easier to use. This product has some of the best characteristic of the old product "Back to Black", with none of the downsides. When applying via the spray, it's a bit like WD-40 penetrating oil in consistency, but it wipes to a dry finish. Care needs to be exercised to get an even result, without leaving traces of the fact you've applied something on the surface it's on, but it does leave a very pleasing dark matt finish. The UV protection is a bonus for me, I just wanted a rubber care product that was more liquid than gel, and this 303 meets that need nicely. Having got both the Liqui Moly Gummi-Pflege (incidentally, gummi pflege is german for rubber care) and this 303 protectant, if I was only going to buy one, I think I'd go for the 303 as the fine spray makes it easier to apply than the gel-like Liqui Poly alternative.
