Had a strip of skin torn off the back of my hand—all the layers. Nurse prescribed Mepilex bandages and nothing else. I was skeptical and I was wrong. Healed perfectly. Somehow they are waterproof (in the shower) and breathable. Nothing stuck to the wound.

Recommended by a physician to preclude infection, I found it easy to use, "shower-proof", and sealed around the wound very effectively.

If you’re sensitive to regular bandaid adhesive (even the hypoallergenic ones or the ones for sensitive skin or paper tape adhesive) then this is the bandage for you. I had abdominal surgery that left me with multiple incisions on my abdomen. I followed the moist healing wound care method but found that even the gauze bandages that worked at first started to give me a bandaid shaped rash after a couple of hours wearing them. After significant trial and error I came across these. 10/10, wish I had knew about them from the start. They stay in place, kept my incisions moist, were water proof, and best of all; they caused no skin irritation. I used them for 8 weeks post surgery, changing them every 3 days or when they absorbed too much serous drainage (yes, ‘serous’ not ‘serious’—two different words, not a typo) from the wound, whichever came first.

Best bandages ever! Stay put but peal off without irritating skin. Well worth the price!

Bought these to supplement dressing changes after a surgery. They're the brand the hospital uses, so I felt comfortable ordering extras. They are water resistant, so showering with them on is okay. I'd recommend shaving off excess hairs before using them though, as removal without an adhesive solvent at this size is painful.

I love these to heal up delicate wounds on delicate skin. It provides a moist wound healing environment and absorbs the extra fluids. It's soft and cushions a tender wound. It comes off easily. I also use them on my dogs who have very thin skin and they work great.

Product is great, but the box was all smashed up. It had been packed with heavier items, and they apparently squashed the box in transit.

I developed an allergy to adhesive bandages and tried everything I could find in American pharmacies — nothing worked, and my wound kept getting worse. I was in agony until a friend from Europe recommended these. I was so happy to find them on Amazon! They’re expensive, yes, but absolutely worth it. They feel like nothing on the skin and, most importantly, cause no allergic reaction. A total game changer.
