Just buy it!! I read a great deal in bed but my back was starting to pain me, I ordered this bed back rest and omg it is sooo comfortable with great support. The quality is amazing as well.Only good things to say, just stop looking and buy!!

I'm a small woman and the pillow is big, heavy and uncomfortable for me.
The pillow is oddly shaped. Very angled from waist to neck and not very comfortable. It's heavy, big and not soft and cushy.

Misrepresented
Very disappointed in this; first, after two months of sitting on my bed, it is still lumpy and misshapen. Secondly, the armrests are complete detached (within the slipcover) from the body of the pillow, just flopping like broken wings on each side. Thirdly, the pillow is much smaller than it’s visual representation. I’m 5’3”, average build, and the pillow doesn’t reach high enough to support my head and neck. It might be comfortable for a ten year old child, if the arms were useful for resting their arms on. VERY disappointing purchase, and I didn’t even mention the uselessness of the slits that are supposed to be “storage pockets” on the floppy arms.

Medium doesn't include neck or lumbar pillows
Don't be fooled like I was. The medium size does not include the extra lumbar and neck pillows. Returning it is a pain since it is vacuum packed and expands as soon as it is unpacked.
