Is this a vegan product?

It seems to be vegan. It has all organic ingredients & paraben-free. I don't see anything on here that would show that it isn't. It has different oils & flower extracts. It is a nice cream.

would this work with fine oily hair?

I believe so. My daughter has oily hair she has to wash it at least twice a week but she uses it and loves it. She had really thick hair and loves the way it makes her hair feel. It definitely does not make my hair nor her hair greasy

so it regrows back hair if its brittle ?

No. I don't think so. I don't have brittle hair, but I live how rich and moisturizing this shampoo and conditioner is. For brittle hair, you need to deep condition. Try a deep conditioning hair mask once a week and don't forget to clip the brittle ends. Good luck!

Is this product safe for tape-in hair extensions?

Maybe you should ask you hairstaylist about what product is best for tape-in hair extensions but I can tell you for my experience that this shampoo is really gentle on hair and leaves hair really soft at touch
