FLEXU Kinesiology Tape - 3-Pack (60 Pre-Cut Strips, 5x25 cm) - Elastic Sports Support Tape, Waterproof, Latex-Free, Hypoallergenic

I started using kinesiology tape a year ago after being recommended it to assist with the plantar fasciitis and plantar fibromatosis that I have in my right foot. Not the best issues to have if you are going on a holiday where there is going to be loads and loads of walking - anyone who has been to Disneyworld will know what I mean. So after chatting to a few people in the know, it seemed like KT tape was the way to go. So when in Florida, I went to a running shop and to Walmart to get a stock of tape. After a search of the internet, it seemed that "KT tape" was the best manufacturer and both shops had an abundance of that make. A search of youtube will get you loads of videos on how to best put the strips on and I did find that it helped me against the days when I didn't put the tape on. However, when I returned home to look for further purchases of the tape, I found that KT tape was a lot more expensive that in the US. So when I finally did run out, I came on Amazon to look for a cheaper alternative. I then found this item with three rolls for the price of one of the KT tape. I bought the blue coloured tape and it arrived in a cardboard tube as can be seen on the photo. The pattern on the tape is quite striking and is also a good indicator for how much stretch you are putting into the tape. Initial reaction to the tape was that it was thinner than the previous KT tape that I had used, but I have to say that it feels like it gives much more support than KT tape. It tends to stick for a good three to five days as the manufacturers claim and it has stayed in place during and after showering. I have found that sometimes a corner will come loose, but snipping it off with scissors means that the rest of the strip won't follow. I'm very pleased with the tape and if the price stays the same for the three rolls, I'll definitely be returning for more. I certainly recommend this tape over more expensive options. I have arthritis in both knees and an old injured ankle that are all taped up on a daily basis. I've tried a few tapes now including what would be considered budget ones, but nothing comes close to this stuff! It really is the best, the pre-cut strips are easy to apply and take the hassle out of always having to round corners off with a pair of scissors. Not to mention the brilliant adhesion! I can quite happily get a fair few days of wear out of this stuff, showers and swimming included! Don't let the price put you off, it's well worth it!

I've used this tape before, although another brand, and was impressed with how effective it is, I bought this product as run out, this product arrived promptly, love the pattern, and it's precut , so no messing about getting the length right and rounding off the edges, after a nasty fall and injuring my knee this product gives it the support it needs, whilst allowing me to walk better than I would without it, and so far it's been on 4 days and no signs of coming away which is great. Very happy with product and would definitely be buying this product again.

Really good tape, have ylused for a while to help with small meniscus tear,have used in past for ankles too. Have worked great for both.

I've been using this tape for my dislocated shoulder for a while. It does actually relieve certain symptoms and gives more mobility. Adhesive is superb and lasts me up to 5 day's when applied. I recommend that you submerge the taped up area in water when taking off though.

Excellent pre-cut k-tape which makes it really easy to apply. I bought both the black and blue versions and very happy with both. I bought these to tape my 17 year old son’s ankle that he sprained (with directions from a sister who is a physiotherapist). The tape has held for at least 3 days each time even through multiple showers. You do need to apply the tape correctly, so get advice from an expert or watch some YouTube videos. The colours are great if that matters (did for my son that didn’t want to use the pink ones I had!). Truly great tape. Note: I had an issue with my order, but the customer service was 5 stars and they fixed the issue very quickly. I will definitely order from this company again.

C est ma première expérience avec ce genre de bande. Elle colle et tient bien et ne se docolle pas toute seule. Elle se decolle bien sans laisser de résidu. Soulage l articulation.
