I’ve tried at least half a dozen docks with the Steam Deck — including several marketed as “Steam Deck-specific” — and this is the first one that has worked flawlessly. I've been using the BenQ GR10 for about a month now, and I'm genuinely impressed. I previously used an 8-in-1 docking station, but the quality of the GR10 is on another level. I mainly work on my MacBook Air, treating it like a desktop setup at home, so I needed a stable, high-quality dock that could smoothly connect to a larger screen. The GR10 has exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite features is the L-shaped USB head, which helps streamline my workspace by minimizing cable clutter. I love that they put little detail into the touch. It’s compact enough to support my MacBook securely while keeping my desk organized. I highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable, space-efficient docking solution!

Tried 2 other docks before this one for my gaming handheld and none of them worked with VRR until this one. It didn’t work immediately but once I updated the Benq’s firmware it started working perfectly

I got this for my Steam deck OLED to do 4k 120hz game streaming via Moonlight/Sunshine. Unfortunately, the best you can really do here is about 4k 90Hz. Thats because the bitrate you need to stream at combined with the video signal even when using AV-1 decoder in Moonlight is just a bit too much for the SteamDeck to process. Remember that your full wired Ethernet connection is getting delivered to the deck on the same cable that it is then outputting the video signal back to the TV, for example. The network judder is just too high as a result. I found that the bitrate needed for 60 has no judder, and 90 is pretty acceptable, but beyond that it is not. However, gaming directly on the deck at 4k 120 (not streaming) is working well.

This is the 3rd dock I have purchased for my Steamdeck and it is the best one as it is fully featured for and works with HDR enabled and VRR on my TV. The official dock from valve uses a older hdmi standard that doesn’t support HDR, same with many other manufactures.

Design itself is nice and it does seem to support 4K 120HZ VRR with HDR. However, I am getting issues with the USB-A ports constantly disconnecting on my ROG Ally paired up with a 100W USB power adapter, and made sure it was running the latest firmware. Maybe it was just the one I got was faulty but this makes it unusable for me.

I’ve been using the GR10 with my Steam Deck for a bit now, and honestly, I really like it. The design is super clean and practical! The low-key, professional look without all the flashy RGB stuff is perfect for my setup. The build quality feels solid, and the flip stand is a nice bonus. That said, I do wish it had an SD card reader...

Bought this device to use it to stream geforcenow from my ROG ALLY to my OLED tv which supports 120hz and HDR. This was the only dock that worked without any issues for me to support 4k at 120hz. Now i can game in my living room at 120hz with no issues. Most docks support only 60hz at 4k, i believe there are a one or two others that claim 120hz@4k but the Benq one has worked well for me.

実家に帰省した際にテレビなどの大画面に接続するため、Steam Deck用のドッキングポートを探していました。他社製品のものは持ち運ぶには大きすぎたり、設置個所の開口部デザインが好みに合わず、他に良いものがないか探した結果GR10ゲーミングハブを購入しました。 持ち運びを重視して設置については考慮しなかったためSteam Deck本体は平置きでポートを増やせればいいと考えていましたが、付属しているスタンドはSteam Deckに最適化を謳っているだけはあり予想以上に安定性が高く、使用感に満足しています。 HDMI2.1準拠の映像出力の機能があることからもわかるようにこの製品はUSB4に対応しており、充電しながら映像を映し、さらに有線のコントローラを繋げてもスムーズに動作します。2.5GbEのLANポートはSteam Deckには過剰性能かもしれませんが、モバイルノートPCなど最近の薄型でType-Cポートしか搭載されていないようなPCでも利用できるため、そういったニーズにも応えるかもしれません。

Endlich ein Gerät was hält das es verspricht. Mein Steam Deck funktioniert endlich mit HDR und VRR in Kombination mit meinem Denon Receiver und meinem LG C4 OLED 4K TV. Alle anderen Produkte haben nicht geklappt.

On the pricey side but supports 4K 120hz VRR and HDR from my ROG Ally to my LG G4 OLED TV with no problems so I’m happy - other docks did not support this

Steam Deckを外部モニターに接続して利用してたのですが、４Kテレビの購入を機にリビングでも快適にゲームを楽しみたいと思いこちらを購入しました。求めてたのは①4K画質で画面を写せる②HDMI2.1、HDRなどをサポートしている③ゲームをプレイするにあたって安定的なインターネット接続ができるいったところです。他の名の知れないメーカーも見てみましたがちょっと心配で、有名ブランドどころで要求を満たせるのはベンキューのこの製品でした。 実際に届いてみるとスタイリッシュなデザインにひんやりとした肌触りで耐熱性の高さがうかがえます。特に使わないときは、ケーブルやコネクターを綺麗に収納できるのが良いですね。普段はFPSゲーム等々プレイするのですが、テレビで遊ぶのであれば音ゲーやドライビングシュミレーターのようなインディーズゲームなども向いているように思います。また対戦ゲームでも、大きな画面だとよりテンションが上がって楽しめます！

Took out of the box, plugged in to the Deck and LG 4K HDMI2.1 VRR TV - boom! Everything just works, didn't even need to restart the game or change display settings. Too bad it's the only adapter that does so out of the box, according to Reddit, and it is freaking expensive.
