The illumination easily switches from high-above-the-horizon blue to low-horizon yellowish with accurate color cast. Change illumination level and illumination color with simple touches to the ring around the charging port.Thick plastic and a sturdy little stand. The charging cable is proprietary instead of micro-USB, so don't lose it.It's beautiful. I wish it had a setting for 2/4/8 hours. The illumination lasts a long time at "low" before it is time to recharge. ### ⭐ Disappointed.
