Works great—easy to use, smooth spin, and such a time-saver. I honestly don’t know what I ever did without it. It’s made extracting honey so much easier and cleaner. That said... I didn’t want to go too big when I bought it, and now I highly regret that decision. If you're on the fence—go bigger! Once you start using it, you'll wish you had more capacity. Still a fantastic piece of equipment, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

Extremely well built machine. The quality was evident the moment I began assembling the extractor(which doesn’t take long). Little extras like the magnets that hold open the lids were an unanticipated bonus! It comes with an extra bushing connector as they may wear out with long term use. I poured over which extractor to buy as this is my first year as a beekeeper. I am super happy with my decision to buy this unit. It came well packaged and the slight issue I had with FedEx was solved by BeeTech even though it was not their fault. My experience with this company was superb and I hope they expand their product line as it’s hard to find a company that stands behind their products as they have with me.

One of lids was cracked when took it out of box

Ordered this for a gift for Christmas. The dust cover they send with it does not fit. I tried dealing with the company to resolve this issue but they were not helpful. They claim the dust cover is complimentary, so it doesn’t matter to them it doesn’t fit. Pretty sad when a company doesn’t stand behind their product.

My first electric extractor. It was so much better than scraping and straining. Fit all of my frames (I run deep and medium supers). Extracted quickly and didn't damage the drawn combs. Bucket fit under the honey gate perfectly. The unit wobbles a bit but, i need to attach it to a pallet or mount it to the floor. If they had a replacement basket that would fit all deeps would be nice ( I want to start using all deep supers).

I have only used this once to harvest 6 frames of capped honey, it worked great! Of course, it will wobble a bit since the frames are never the same weight. I held it in my arms for a few seconds but then let go as the wobble began to slow. I think this is a great extractor for the money.

I am a hobby bee keeper running about 14 colonies. This extractor can hold 4 deep frames or 12 medium frames at once making extracting much more efficient. Package was shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. Super easy to assemble in about 10 minutes and best of all it comes with a cover to help protect it and keep it clean when not in use. Could not be happier to add this to our apiary.

The legs did not hold up when the extractor spun. We had to rachet strap it. Poorly made
