Wow wow wow this set is beautiful.
If you’ve never tried funwhole/lumibricks then you are really missing out. This set is 2255 pieces and the quality is top notch. If this was the top brand it would be between $250.00 - $300.00 and I got this for $109.00. I love the way you can open the back and see all the beautiful little details. You can also remove the roof for a better look at things. I love the mini figs that come with this set, they aren’t copies of other brands they are unique and actually really cool. The way they’ve done the lighting is really smart, you don’t even see the wires once completed and the battery pack fits into the house itself. I love the fact that it takes batteries and you don’t have to plug it in. It took me about 10-12 hours to finish. It keep me engaged the whole time, nothing about the build felt repetitive. The bricks are perfect, I didn’t have any problem with them snapping together and the whole house is secure. I’ve moved it a few times to show people and it together just fine. This was my first set from this brand and I’ve bought two more since and can’t wait to get another.

Does not disappoint
About a year and a half ago I started putting Lego builds together. I started with small ones. Made progress up to larger ones. I’m a 65 yr old cabinet maker. Building these kits is right up my alley. I’m picky in my work and build things to last. And last. Lego got me hooked on these builds, but their prices began eating up the enjoyment. So I have tried many other brands. A few I will not buy again. FUNWHOLE is a brand that I will always buy. I don’t even need to read a review. Their prices are where they should be. The quality is as well. Instructions are very good. The lighting aspect is truly amazing. It doesn’t matter which brand I buy, I always use glue here and there. I have a railroad going thru my building setup, so I move things around. The glue makes sure the kits stay built. I have NO problem using a little glue. Even though Lego has top notch parts, there is one thing that bugs me. They do add small parts here and there that are not needed. Those pieces get buried in the structure and ya wonder why they were even put there? Well, obviously it’s to UP the piece count to get the number where they want it to be able to charge the price they want. And here is where FUNWHOLE succeeds above Lego. They never do that. Every piece has a purpose. And the quality is there also. Their builds are so much fun and entertaining! I can never say anything negative about FUNWHOLE. I’ve put quite a few of their kits together. Their prices don’t gouge my check book.

Amazing fall cabin getaway! Such a fun, great, detailed set!
My kid loves funwhole so much! He’s done quite a few now and the details and light systems are just so much fun!

Blown Away!!!
This build absolutely blows away everything I have ever built from the other big name competitor. I am more than impressed and already shopping for my next one. A fraction of the price and 10x the quality and detail. Just wow… Every room is thought out down to a wood pile in the corner…what??!! Who even thinks to add that detail that most would just miss looking at this?! The roof panels comes off to expose the inside of the top floor and a small door on the back swings open to see the detail in the middle floor. The whole setup is beyond cool. The structure itself is solid! Additionally, there are lights built in throughout the build to highlight key features. The fire place actually has a slow fade to simulate a fire burning (again, the detail is impeccable). Also a hot tub with the glow underneath to highlight it and a perfect spot for a mini fig to sit in it. There are also special blocks that the wires run through to ensure they stay hidden and not exposed. Adding the lighting to the mix adds an additional level of complication with the build which really makes it challenging and fun. It’s an aspect I have never experienced with the other name brand. Instructions are well thought out and explained in full detail and nothing is skipped over. The only thing I’d say is that the instructions are a bit dark and if you have a light overhead, the glare is really tough to deal with. Would love it if they could print this in matte instead of gloss. Took me a little over a week for a few hours each night once the family went to bed. I will say, the build is very fun and surprisingly challenging. I found myself having to go back a couple times to fix a previous mistake. Some of the details for which block to use are small and some block pieces are extremely similar. Makes it a bit tough at some points. For these steps with a similar part, a call out or warning would be helpful. Overall, I am beyond impressed with this brand. Cannot wait to order my next set and get started on it.

Collecting these sets now!
We have two sets from this maker-the quality is incredible. Much better to build than the years prior when I bought from Ali-Express(ha!). We are requesting more cabins this year to add to the collections. The lighting is an added bonus. Looks awesome at night. Son is late teens and still enjoys building and these are excellent quality. Snap together perfectly. The detail is the best part along w the lights. More than 5 starts!!

Beautiful, High-Quality Set
Another great Funwhole set! What's good about it: * Super high-quality bricks that are better than Lego (no weird color variation) * Beautiful, heavyweight clamshell box that's great if you're giving this as a gift * Two clear, attractive manuals printed on heavyweight paper. Unlike Lego manuals, they call out the precise size of parts needed for each step. * An attractive design (especially the fall trees!) on the outside with a lot of fine detail on most of the inside. * Lighting that's realistic and gets the job done without being gaudy or superfluous. What's not so great: * The battery box is well hidden, unlike some Funwhole sets, but once it's in place, you can't reach the on/off switch, which was a dumb design oversight. * The hot tub--one of the neatest features--is partially hidden by the overhanging porch. * The interior of the lowest floor is pretty much empty and only structural and not really meant to be accesed. They could have done more with it, beyond the nook where the squirrels are hiding. Overall, though, a lovely set. With Lego's quality declining and prices rising, it's great to see super-high-quality competition like Funwhole.

Very fun build
Second Funwhole build (first was camper van). I liked this one even more than the van. Quality pieces, sturdy and fit well together. Instructions were 8/10 (there are TWO different books so do not throw one out, it’s not an extra- instructions come in 2 issues). No missing pieces (thought there were, but had just neglected to pull out a bag). I found the lights and cable/power bank management in this one to be way cooler than in the camper van- the power bank literally slides in and out of hiding into the house; very cool. Was a very relaxing build and I think the finished product looks amazing. Pieces fit well and overall this is comparable to a big “L” brand building set. Would recommend!

This set is on par with Lego, in both brick quality and design, with the difference being the cost.
Although not a LEGO product, the quality of the bricks is on par with theirs, and the build quality is just as good. My only dislike is the minifigs. They are quite ugly and didn't bother to assemble them. Regardless, the set is fun to build and admire the work of the designer.

Beautiful & fun build!!
I absolutely loved building this cabin. The building instructions were really clear and simple. I actually found them better than Lego as they provide you a top view on some brick placements which made it easier to confirm the right location. The bricks all clicked in easily and the lighting effects were a great bonus. Such great value for the price! Only small issue was one very small piece (small single round piece depicting acorns) was slightly damaged so I couldn’t use it but I didn’t bother getting a replacement as it was so small and not needed for the build. There are two of the exact same piece in the kit and only one was damaged. Really excited about getting my next Lumibricks (FunWhole) build.

Such a fun build, comparable to Lego quality
Half the price, added lights, same amount of Lego building fun. I am extremely happy with how much fun this build was. The instructions are easy to follow, there are even additional images with top shots to help orient pieces. Added feature of lights is so cool. Solid structure, only negative I found was the mini figs, broke an arm and they have round bottoms and slip out of chairs. I built an older model, and I can say the newer models provides extra pieces , like arms (phew). Also improved build to hide the wires. Comes with tweezers and a brick remover tool.

Highly recommend - hours of entertainment
I honestly can’t believe the quality of this for the price. It is as nice as Lego. The instructions are very clear, there were no missing pieces (which I recently experienced with a different non-Lego building block company), it’s extremely detailed, and the wiring is super slick. Will definitely buy more for myself or as gifts.

Went together well
So my 13 year old got bored of this pretty quick and needed me to help...aka finish after her simply starting. That being said she loves the lights and the play factor. The build quality is good and the detail is fantasic. It was quite easy to build as an adult. It had all the pieces with a fair amount of extras.

Cabane d’automne absolument superbe !
