This is a VERY comprehensive guide for med interviews (structure, example questions and scenarios, what interviewers are looking for, what to include & what to not discuss) + background information useful for understanding what med entails. I used it for a series of med interviews I had in Australia and found it very helpful; definitely would recommend!

Two of my kids successfully received offers from UK medical schools using this book. It is especially useful to international applicants who need get a quick handle on the relevant topics that could come out in interviews. The UCAT book by the same author is very popular but in my view this book is more useful to a potential candidate (local and international). This book provides a good summary answers to potential questions or topics that are popular in Panel or MMI interviews for UK medical school applicants. It is does not provide perfect answers to topics or questions but summarizes the relevant key points and allow a candidate to grasps what are the key issues or talking points. Most of the relevant topics of the day are covered but at the end of the day the successful candidates are those who are able to communicate well and demonstrate their thought process clearly.
