Works well for keeping appetite down
Tried and at the beginning wasn't working, but didn't give me any digestive issues like lactose probiotics so I continued. After week and a half I noticed decrease in appetite so it helped me to loose 6lb. I am no longer loosing weight due to no time to exercise, but continuing taking this probiotic.

Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any difference while taking Codeage Advantage Plus. I didn’t experience any noticeable improvement in my energy levels, gut health, or overall well-being. I used it consistently but didn’t see or feel any meaningful changes that would make me want to continue using it.
